I am pretty sure the code will only be sent via e-mail a few weeks before the actual release date.
I preordered the Star Wars blu Rays from best buy and the shirt came in large only there too

The card states you get the free cinemanow and shirt with ANY Bluray combo pack so if you purchased it, the person most likely picked the 3D pack.

There was only one code to scan on the back. It says Blu Ray 3D Combo. So, I hope that's what I get for the $19.99 I paid to preorder hahaha.

My Star Wars shirt came in X-Large. I wished I could have got one in Large.

at that time in 2011 Best buy told me that is all they got in.
I need XL but the shirt will match my jurassic park shirt from target and it fits tight also.

Thinking maybe I should just place a pre-order with BB to get the shirt. My current order is with Amazon for the "Jurassic World 3D - Limited Edition Packaging (Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD)" that is listed as "Currently Unavailable".

According to the preorder card you get the digital HD copy early so you can watch it before you get the blu ray. In the past I then would sell the digital HD copy that came in the blu Ray case.

I have to be honest and say... I don't like the cover art. It's giving away a key scene from the movie. Why didn't they go with just the logo as on the current blu releases of the previous movies, or the new park gate like on the 3D of the original movie?

One of the new and exciting things about this movie in general was the raptors being trained and racing with them, of course it was given away. It isn't spoiling or revealing anything that hasn't been on every poster and trailer since day 1.

I notice this image from your post seems to indicate it is actually going to be released on October 20th, not 13th like originally thought.

Yeah. Who knows if Best Buy was even supposed to have these cards out yet. Something seems off with the whole cinema now and release date things.

Had a 10% off coupon from Best Buy so I preordered the 3D version to get the shirt, I still have my Amazon order though for the 3D Limited Packaging that was initially up for order. I could see that turning out to be nothing special considering its no longer for sale.

Not sure if this has been posted already, but the exclusive t-shirt combo will be $19.99 and you can pre-order it with that card. It also gives you the digital code, pretty much the same as Mad Max. I was gonna post a pic today but I forgot. I was in a rush to leave lol.
