I do have an iPhone now, 6s plus, but that was my first Apple device. My last few phones have been a Windows Phone (HTC Titan II and Nokia 920) and the...Amazon Fire Phone. It was a good deal when they had a Fire sale on them. I think it was $129 for the phone and a year of Amazon Prime. As long as my phone could make calls, text, take pictures, and get emails, that's all I needed. There were some cool things about the Fire Phone and the Windows Phone. Personally....no phone is worth $700-$1,000. None. I am not sure what I would have now if we didn't get the iPhones as b1g1 free. If the Fire phone crapped out, I would probably have some sort of Android phone.

I found the iPhone by far the most reliable. Honestly not just saying this but I was fed up of android either freezing or crashing when I needed it most job wise. Not good.

IOS vs Android is shaping up exactly like Mac vs Windows. IOS now has only 12% of the worldwide smartphone market. It's been decreasing every year since Android's release.

The Fate of the Furious Extended Director's Cut is only on Digital. Blu-ray disc is only the theatrical version.

Doubt it. Besides by this time next year I will have a 4K setup. If I really wanted the directors cut, I would just grab the 4K Bluray. (It may even be a ploy to push people in that direction).

Maybe the 4K Apple TV will be out by then, that's what I mean Apple Clones. You can buy Disc+Digital on Vudu and get both Theatrical and Extended for Fate of the Furious. Oh, and I have a MS Windows 10 Phone and Love It!

Please stop using derogatory terms to label people because YOU don't like something.

Awesome. You and the other 19 people with Windows Phones must be very happy with your purchase.

The 4K blu-ray does not have the director's cut either. Just a code for the digital version of the director's cut.

Well I went for the Disc+Digital, and got both Theatrical and Extended Version. I'll watch this tonight, and WalMart will ship me the Blu-ray Disc. I guess Digital HD is starting to win out.

I like physical copies & I just throw away the digital copy inserts. I even cancelled my Netflix subscription. I just love the feeling of seeing copies of all my favorite movies. I am a very nostalgic person & in the 20plus years go from VHS to DVD to blu ray. Still not sure if I'll ever move up to the 4K movies.

Well I hope you never regret throwing away those Digital Copy Inserts, because that is the next natural step. Like we have been talking, the Extended Version of Fate of the Furious is only available on Digital HD. So you are going to start to miss out on some Versions of Movies.

That's a really shitty move by the studios to punish disc collectors. That doesn't make me want to dash out and get the digital version. It makes mean want to say ***** you, I will wait for the rental or when it hits Netflix/Amazon. I may even start a thread about it and urge people to contact the studio.

It's like digital collectors finding out The directors cut is only on 4K Digital HD or exclusive to a subscription service set up by a studio (yes, that's coming)

If that's correct, it's a utter disgrace. It's not just bad for Bluray fans. They will pull this shit every time a new format comes out. After all, they don't want people just keeping a Digital HD copy of a film for life.

It's truly sad this is happening , the extended versions and bonus features used to only be on disc now i guess it's the other way around
