Not happy with that packaging. Cardboard = loose / scuffed discs in my experience.

I'm going to wait until the new individual releases are on a multi-buy offer.

So geeky packaging question... is the Hogwart's Collection like the James Bond 50 book set, with material backing behind the disc slots or is it just normal cardboard behind the discs? GEEK!

Aye, the final boost session was in May. Tesco should've posted you a points update letter in March or April stating their reasons behind the decision.
I did like those xmas splurges, now only single points though.

Which were partly covered on the regular BDs, but are still missing some, mostly interactive, content & games:

Year 1: Interactive Tour, Sorting Hat, Library & Diagon Alley, Classrooms, Hogwarts Grounds
Year 2: Tour Dumbledore's Office, Gallery of Production Sketches & Game Preview, Activities: The Chamber Challenge + The Forbidden Forest Challenge + Colin's Darkroom + Tour Diagon Alley, Spellcaster Knowledge
Year 3: Tour Lupin's Classroom, Tour Honeydukes & Magic You May Have Missed, Catch Scabbers, Sir Cadogan's Journey
Year 4: Tri-Wizard Tournament: Dragon Challenge + Lake Challenge + Maze Challenge, To the Graveyard and Back Challenge

There are, however, also three small pieces gained, which were on the regular BDs, but not on the UE BDs:

Year 1: Around the World Multi-Language Clip
Year 2: Year One at Hogwarts
Year 5: The Hidden Secrets of Harry Potter

Which was in fact the same mix, just a different codec. Except for the first 2, which were upgraded from LPCM 5.1 to DTS-HD MA 6.1!
On top of that, Years 1, 2, 4 and 5 also had the so called "In-Movie Experience": a very nice PIP commentary track, which is missing from this set.

Thanks!

So it's not worth it IMO unless it drops in price significantly, the Hogwarts collection still wins.

Individual releases from Target. The cover designer is a friend of a friend who posted that on instagram.

Would be so cool if those were steelbooks!

The fact that the movies are not in the correct order in that picture really bothers me.

I got all the original Ultimate editions, so I'm glad I'm not feeling the need to double-dip.

They look nice! Think I'm going to grab the UK versions of those once they're in a deal and not bother with the Hogwarts Collection. I'd quite like to watch the series again this winter so I'm hoping they'll pop into HMV's 5 for £30 by Oct/Nov maybe .

I am tempted by this set as my ultimate editions take up so much bloody space!

Custom covers in 3-Disc or whichever cases then for each film?

Do those new 2-disc Editions (with the snazzy covers) have the extended editions of the films?

Anyone have a pic of these with spines lined up?
