Incomplete item. If the picture on Amazon shows a slipcover and you didn't receive one, then that's an incomplete item. They understand it and they pay for return shipping. That's how it works.

Just received Cinderella Diamond Edition 3 disc set and it had the slipcover.

I just ordered High Noon and Johnny Guitar a few days ago and received them yesterday with slipcovers. I was shocked since they have been out for nearly 2 years.

I recently got Disney's Home on the Range with no Slip. Luckily I was able to order one from Disney directly.

Last week, for the first time, I received a bluray without a disc. Brand new, still in plastic, shipped from Amazon. I couldn't believe it when I opened the case and no disc.
It was Ip Man 2. They're sending another one now. Kudos to customer service.

It's interesting that the only ones in my collection that should have had slips but didn't, are Disney owned.

Anyone bought Wolf Children or Summer Wars lately and got a slip? I really want a slip for both, especially Wolf Children. The spine font is just great.

Pick the option for missing parts or something so that AMZ would cover for shipping.

I ordered The Little Mermaid 3D on Amazon about a month ago and it came with the slipcover.
