Usually I like to get steelbooks, but I have to give Disney this much credit, they have the best slip cases on the format so far. Their packaging is delightful.

If they would remove the horrible Movies Anywhere banner at the bottom, the slipcovers would be near perfect.

Also, I'm not sure why they need so much fine print on the backs of the slipcovers. They might as well make us sign our lives away if we want to redeem the digital code.

Except for their atrocious Movies Anywhere logo at the bottom right corner on the front. Other than that, they definitely have some of the nicest looking slips.

The colors are really nice and pop alot reds blues yellows greens so far. The audio in the burning house when he saves people with frozone sounded better then black panthers lack of bass

There’s no swing tray, the Blu-Ray disk is on the left and the Bonus disc and 4K are stacked on the right. My 4K was kinda scratched, not sure if this may have been the cause.

yup. disney slips are the absolute best and for this reason i always choose their slips over steels

The Atmos has good bass in action scene im at the robot vs mr incredible scene and it was booming

A non-expert PQ thought: Chapter 1 when Mr. Incredible and Elasti-Girl are on the rooftop just before

, the gradient sunsetting sky and the textures on their suits look so so good with HDR. Bright and detailed. I've been skipping around, so far there aren't really distinguishable difference with my past Blu that I own. Close ups are great. Strands of hair, freckles, the usual. Not a HUGE leap but has it's moments. Chapter 12 with Edna has great depth against her dark workroom/lab (?) Chapter 17 with the plane... wow. The outdoor scenes stand out for sure. Cave scene in Chapter 19/21, as well. The film has always looked darn good like many of Pixar's earlier films in HD already do. There's still an attractive look to the early animation at this resolution. Very happy

Looks like Vudu will have this available in 4K Dolby Vision tomorrow. Shame the disc doesn't include the DV encode.
