From what I've heard it's a pretty good release though you'll probably want to look into the replacement program if you end up getting a problematic disc as they fixed the subtitles from their initial release. It hasn't been confirmed yet but the 5.1 track might be problematic as well with sound effects coming out of the wrong speakers. The 2.0 track should be fine though.

These are all confirmed directly by SF and all appear OOP. Not available anywhere at retail price. Most, if not all, are backordered.

Every one of these are still available at the Shout store, and none have OOP listings like ones that truely are recently OOP (Sleepaway Camp 2 & 3, Robot Jox, etc.). Where were these confirmed by SF?

Yes it would seem so. The rights are up or nearly up, and they aren't going to relicense or repress, so the stock that's left is all there will be.
