The Suros Regime is a good, solid gun for most situations. It's not really the best in class; there are better guns out there, many of which aren't exotic.

I personally consider the Ice Breaker sniper rifle to be the best utility weapon in the game in PvE simply because you can use it to regenerate special ammo for other weapons (and it does a quite considerable amount of damage all by itself).

For sheer stopping power, the Gjallarhorn exotic rocket launcher is the highest damage and most reliable heavy weapon in the game.

If you don't have a reliable primary weapon and aren't attached to the hip to an exotic in one of the other slots, the Suros Regime will get you where you want to go.

Just got enough coins now for buy Suros. Did the weekly last night on level 26 by myself and took 55 minutes!

Still debating though. I have become so attached to Ice Breaker that it is hard to not have that one with me all times. Plus Shadow Price is a great gun though I still haven't fully upgraded it yet. Been playing with Doctor Nope lately and as wild as the gun is I am enjoying the big ammo clip. My secondary characters are lacking good primary guns though.

My Grims 2 main perks were Persistence (gun gains accuracy under continuous fire (nice perk)) and Life Support (recovering from near death grants additional ammo and briefly increases reload) which is not that great.

It has....

outlaw: precision kills dramatically increase reload speed
spray and play: increases reload speed when empty

Both of them at the same time = half a second reload speed, lol.

Wow, the only gun I had spray and play on was the Prudence II, and it was insane. I can only imagine what both of those perks combined would be like.

I'm convinced you'll get armor for whatever class you are NOT when you decrypt. It's done that 3 for 3 with me.

Well. It took me five times to type "Well" properly. So I might have had a few too many to drink. Anyways, I caved and bought Suros. Took it around patrol on Mars and I wasn't impressed at first but damn if it didn't take down those shielded Harpies and Minotaurs. Can only imagine how good this gun was before they nerfed it. Got plenty of Motes at the moment. Are any of the potential Gauntlets really good for PvE?
