thanks I might look into it. I just don't want to cut BD off of any revenue.

The other ads I can deal with but it is annoying that they reset the page every time they load and unload, so you need to find where you were to continue reading.

This looks like random chat, so I'll say sleeves aren't as bad as I thought they'd be and tidy up part of the collection. I'm hoping to reclaim my closets and drawers.

I may want to get some sleeves too. Tempted. I don't know though .. I could find room for the stuff and keep it in original packaging which is usually better.

I've started with non-boutique and not particularly rare dvds. I was pretty floored how much space was saved with even just a hundred in sleeves. The sleeves and also the paper sleeves I'm putting each disc in can cause small scratches and so I'm okay with that for many of the dvds. It's almost always just an annoying cosmetic issue. But I'd hate to get any scratches on blus since they're so much less forgiving with scratches.

I may have to pony up more money on better quality paper sleeves that I put each disc in to house in between the artwork. I'd like to at also start slowly integrating some blus as well, stuff like dollar store and cheap Black Friday purchases; it's just annoying the brand I've been using charges 2x the price for blu sleeves compared to dvd.

Toyota is good too, Nascar runs Chevy, Ford, and Toyota. I had two Toyota Trucks, 1970 Hilux and Gray 1992 Long Bed that I put a Camper Shell with Locking Front Four Wheel Drive. I would take it up to Tahoe, CA when I was a Bachelor, belonged to a group would share a Big Cabin for like 4 months during Ski Season.

I have to make 3 returns.
1 of them I ordered the wrong thing on Gruv.
1 of them, is missing a disc out of the trilogy, from Gruv.
1 of them I bought a used anime season 1 from Amazon, for some reason there's 2 copies of disc 2 and no disc 1.

The returns are annoying but you are doing the right thing.

I bought a box set from Gruv and one disc was defective. I didn't want to bother so I bought that one disc from Ebay and it was problem solved.

I understand the returns to Amazon don't go back to Amazon so that's a bit concerning. Someone tried to take me to a warehouse full of amazon returns for sale but it was closed down when we got there.

I'm kind of in suspense currently as I ordered Luca on UHD from Amazon and the order says Luca (Blu Ray) with the box art of UHD. It's a used copy but the way Amazon does things can be suspenseful. At least near me Amazon returns are the easiest thing. Just go to my Kohls and they always give me a 20% off coupon for in store that I don't think I have ever used.

Nothing to brag about in the US, as a digital locker Movies Anywhere is much better in terms A/V quality.

Fight or Flight was fun and Thunderbolts* rocked.

Kingdom of Heaven DC in 4K is Wednesday night at my local AMC Theater.

Finally got around to watching war of rohirrim and it also freezes at the 1 hour 37 min mark for about 30 seconds. I don’t really have a way to tell if it’s a player problem or disc problem. Kind of crazy that the last 3 of the 6 4k films I bought have had problems now. Though this is the first disc that wasn’t loose and won’t play…

I would be less frustrated with these problems back when blu rays were included.

I've gotten through the requests.

Gruv has been great for me.

Sony player ?

The X700, X800, X800M2 are notorious for being problematic. The lens of the player could also be dusty.

I have read of owners who say they've had issues with the X800 and the M2 version. I can only speak for myself of course, but as the owner of both models, I can say I've never had anything go wrong with either of them. However I've never connected them to the internet, so I'm wondering if this is where issues could arise from.

I think Wendell owns these machines too, so I'd be interested to hear if he's had any problems.

Some have had no problems. I had 2 X700's and the second one was a lot better than the first.

I have a Panasonic player now.

I do have the Sony UBP-X800 (in bedroom) and UBP-X1000ES (in home theater). Neither one gets used much anymore for disc play but don’t remember having any real issues. In the day they were used for disc play and streaming. For streaming they never missed frame rate matching and had no trouble with integer frame rates. Fortunately, Apple got their act together on this issue and Nvidia is making progress.

For around 2-½ years now I watch my disc via file play and media players. Still, I have no intention of removing the Sony’s or Oppo from service.

I guess I've always had good luck with Sony machines going right back to my very first DVD player. In fact even my old Sony VCR rarely ever let me down - unlike a Philips machine I had....wow, I could tell you a few stories about that one.

The players all have issues. I've heard of people having issues with the UB9000 and no issues with an Xbox.
