I saw that have Terminal Island available as well. Maybe I'm mistaken, but isn't another label doing a re-issue of that at some point?

Was hoping that the new shipping charge would make the cheaper titles more worthwhile for them to sell and we’d see better/more sales on older titles. But seems like the business model they are trying to pursue is towards the opposite of that

AfterHours put this out on dvd. An intense, gritty scuzz fest.

Remember when df was all talk about how bringing in a postage cost would result in cheaper prices as previously titles had $5 added to the price to cover the "free" shipping. What happened to that as looking at the site prices are the same and in many cases higher.

Cue shills racing to post "wrastling logic"

Right now the appetite is bigger than the contents of the fridge. Bill's stock is not with him and he can't access a great deal of it, due to his health. By the time he has unlimited access again, he may be ready to say "put it all up, get rid of it", but, alas, he may also be content to continue with his ongoing sales strategy of trickle-out releasing. We won't know until he tells us and, although many don't like it, it does remain his choice, for better or worse.

When it comes to shipping, as mentioned by the post quoted below, for those of us who took the time to calculate when they first did it, we saw that the majority of titles did drop in price, however, that drop was a couple of dollars to three dollars, not three and a half to four, like you might have expected. Three was good enough for me and they did drop many titles by that amount. Then, they raised the prices on a few of the old, hard to find releases. Most people noticed the few price hikes, and they were noticeable, so who can blame them, and didn't take the time to check all the other prices.

But, for clarity, I saw a solid 35% stay the same, which is annoying but not a deal breaker for me. That did not include the few key titles that actually went up in price. So, overall they dropped prices but not on everything and they made the mistake of raising prices on some titles simultaneously so almost no one noticed. They really should have waited to hike those prices or, in the alternative, should have waited to sell those titles at a later date.

I assume it is as follows:
Am 4.7% of titles did see a price drop but this was done when during the time that accounts for 98% of the month during which my employer takes the store down. I learnt during my time in law, chef, medical, business, church school that this means that a majority of items saw decreases because if you if you move the decimal point to after the 7 and then switch it and the 4 around and then double it you end up with 148% of items seeing a decrease.

Forget IMDB. It'll be the second biggest cult release of all time. Mark my words.

So if both versions of Forced Entry are included, what's going to be on the Code Red edition with the "Forced Entry" artwork? Sorry if this has already been discussed but I'd rather not wade through sewage to get the answer.

I don't think there is another release? This is the release.

I'm finally starting to understand whedon's jealousy issues.... He went to school, did well, got a job, probably a good job, and stayed there.... forever. He never learns anything new. Why would he? He's got the good job. More power to him for that.

Then along comes me, a person who has genuinely failed in life, right alongside all of the great successes, failed and failed again, always getting back up, trying, again and again, making a difference but, then, still not rising to the level of success that would have me say, okay I can stop trying now. What can someone like Whedon do but feel such an odd mix of emotions that he has to lash out, over and over, picking at the person on the board who spends at least an hour, every single day of her life, even when in the hospital, actively engaged in academic reading and research, just to keep learning, with nothing else to gain, because one good job wasn't enough for her.

Whedon puts me down and throws my life in my face and, to that, I say, go ahead Whedon, take your little shots. I'll still be learning tomorrow and the day after that and the day after that and you'll still be picking on me, like one of my nephews.

In all seriousness, the CR references on this title confuse me because both films are on this DF release. As to the second biggest... I kind of think MMI will be DF's SoaWN. People have wanted that for years and, with the lead being a bit like the disappearing lead in Near Dark, it has that additional cult mystique. Neither actually disappeared, they just left the industry, but their "disappearances" became legendary, like Sixteen Candles Guy.

Dark Force's store listing shows both cover arts, so likely Last Victim is on the front cover and Forced Entry on the reverse cover.

The cover is double-sided.

She's the only reason I would buy it. Let us know what you think of it.

I took a peak at the X rated original yesterday to see what the fuss was about. Pretty crappy, if you ask me.

Certainly sales records were broken with Screams of a Winter Night.

To sell that many copies with the store being open all of a few hours spaced over a couple weeks...nothing short of phenomenal.

Vinegar Syndrome had to spend tons time and effort and money to market and advertise and then list a pre-order for Mausoleum AND THEN keep the store open for like 48 hours straight.

Dark force on the other hand only had to open their store a handful of times for 20 minutes at a time and they made a killing.

Yet, you don't hear everyone bragging about it in here and bringing it up over and over and over.

That's class ladies and gentlemen, something sorely lacking around here.

I know you're joking, but I'll point it out anyways: Vinegar Syndrome limits buyers to one or two copies, so it's actually impressive when they sell out quick because we know it wasn't five scalpers.

You want multiple mailing addresses to defeat a quantity limit? I can get you multiple mailing addresses, believe me. There are ways, Dude. You don't wanna know about it, believe me.

Hell, I can get you multiple mailing addresses by 3 o'clock this afternoon... with return address labels.
