Even the first Saw movie wasn't "groundbreaking" and it certainly wasn't driven by acting, plot, cinematography, or even "cool special effects" so I don't see what people see in those movies, and you have them all!

Movies that I've rated a 5/10 or lower:

8 1/2
Amarcord
Army of Shadows
Black Narcissus
Bottle Rocket
Harakiri
If
Kiss Me Deadly
Last Year at Marienbad
The Leopard (well, I never finished this movie actually...)
M
Night of the Hunter
Red Shoes
Seventh Seal
Thin Red Line
Videodrome
Vivre Sa Vie
Yojimbo

That's probably between 1/3 and 2/5 of the titles that I have seen out of your collection, for reference. My least favorites are Seventh Seal and Amarcord. Night of the Hunter is pretty ****in' bad, too.

It's as though this forum tries to squelch out any dissenting opinions.

I agree with this post. I really LOLed at it.

As with your collection, out of the ones I've seen in your list I didn't like the following:

-A Bug's Life
-Anchorman
-Hot Rod
-Halloween
-Gattaca
-Planet of the Apes

I'm actually not going to lie, you might have one of the best collections I've seen on this site. Bravo!

Wow...you sure inferred a lot from my post that was neither stated nor implied. I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion and in no way was I trying to squelch yours.

Your post left me speechless.

Is that not just me expressing my opinion?
