Used it for Lucky Logan tonight. No issues. Card was loaded immediately. Looks like it also works on XD showings at Cinemark as long as they are in 2D.

Has anyone been successful paying for an IMAX 2D movie? Have yet to take out the card for a spin but those showtimes popup in the app.

Strange on my app all of the Cinemark XD showings are greyed out says "This is not a supported screening".

BUT for premiere cinema the IMAX 2D showings are selectable.

My AMC 2D IMAX Dunkirk screenings show (not greyed out) on the app. Cant try it yet though, as still awaiting my card

I was going to do this, but it is not available for Harkins Theaters. Which is unfortunate because they are kicking AMC's ass right now in quality. The AMC theaters around here are slowly getting trashy.

The Dunkirk 2D Imax experience at the Regal and at an AMC near me also isn't greyed out. The AMC also has a Dolby Atmos screen which has showtimes.

The only showtimes I've found that are greyed out are at the Palms and it is showing Hitman's Bodyguard. It is showing on their Dolby Atmos screen. The other is a 3D Imax showing of Wonder Woman.

The Cinemark XD screens are all available at multiple theaters, but this week is unique as they are playing old Marvel movies for $5 for every showing. Guess I'll have to wait to see if normal XD shows work.

Guess it is kinda hit or miss and might be somewhat tied to your region and how much more these premium tickets cost.

They probably do, but according to the search feature on the MoviePass website, they only list AMC theaters when you type in a zip code. So I am assuming that Harkins is not participating because they are a smaller movie chain and their overhead is probably higher.

For those wondering about seeing the same movie more than once, couldnt you just check-in a different movie that is the same ticket price via the app?

Must be determined on region because I was curious about the marvel $5 XD showings as well and they are all greyed out for me.

But maybe it has something to do with the hurricane that's here maybe AMC grew a heart and closed their theaters finally and let their employees stay safe (they've been open during other hurricanes here)

Same here, but everything seems to fine now. The card info and theater listings are back. So, it may have been a glitch. Was only gone for like an hour or two at worst.
