It sent a message to my ps4 from Playstation. Then I opened it up and it automatically filled in the code and took me to the Playstation store.

So there are only five things to do in the Alpha right?

1. Visit the tower (home base)
2. Capture the outpost (6v6)
3. Story mission (where the game starts you)
4. Run around Russia doing various missions (occasionally coming across other players)
5. Three person battle against the giant eye thing (and his little friends)

If so, I reached level 8 already, and don't plan to return to the Alpha. But I am mostly convinced to buy the game when it releases.

Played about 3 hours tonight. Unfortunately we were 4 so we could only do multiplayer co-op because you can't have more then 3 to do anything on earth.

I hope it's more in the final game because the point is to play with friends ... I can't even say it's because the strikes would be too easy because strikes aren't really difficult just very long and tedious.

The multiplayer was cool, although lots of Camping. The vehicles are a lot
Of fun tough.

I'm looking forward to understanding more about how the skill tree works and what you need to do to unlock certain upgrades. Also there are upgrades on certain guns which I realized later on.

Still enjoying but the 3 person limit kind of put a damper in my mood. Hopefully we see more options in the beta.

I'm not kidding when I say this but this is going to be a big game changer for me. I've always been a gamer but Halo was a big turning point for me, i'm feeling this will be the same thing. Especially now i'm older and can appreciate things better.

The game looks gorgeous, the menus, user interface are gorgeous. I love the movement the feel of navigating around the menus and options. The music is incredible especially that main choir theme one. I'm in awe!

Already the bungie.destiny site is complex with a billion options, tracking stats, social elements and stuff..

I think i'm going to really get into this game. PvP is fun as ever but co-op will be a massive step up. It's a little odd not hearing the Halo MP announcer guy voice but the new one is alright.

If people are doubting or debating on getting a Xbox one or PS4 I think this is the game to push them over the edge (I know its last gen too, but it won't be nearly was impressive.)

I am really enjoying the alpha - have only played a few hours. I don't want to go nuts with the Alpha, then the Beta and be burned out by the time the actual full done game is released.

Inital thoughts below

Pros: looks amazing. Lots and lots of enemy variations. Enemies are TOUGH at times. Which I dig

Mehs - Tower seems a little boring. I do want Prox chat option for there at least. And being an Alpha its a giant tease since cool items need a way higher level than 8

Negatives: voice work is way to mellow. The new robot dude could not sound more disinterested most of the time

I'm so glad I saw this post! Just checked my email associated with my account and got one through Amazon also! Gonna download it now and play tonight and tomorrow before it's gone, sweet even though I'm awful at FPS lol
