well i just chatted with somebody else microsoft chat and apprently its an ongoing issue not just me after some folks being migrated hotmail to new outlook when they forward their email outlook to gmail on the web

i then say i hate to have to make filter in my gmail account to to every email that assoicates with my hotmail account when being forward to outlook to gmail when open just to stop red question mark gmail can't verify email account sender not to spam with mailed by hotmail.com and signed from what ever company disappears everytime when i look into details in gmail on computer it is just because of stupid outlook mirgation that had last sat afternoon because if i do this going to be big list so to speak

i should told person that some email's are now going into my spam folder from outlook and when i say not to spam they keep coming back to same spam folder but that will once again reflect to red question mark crap

i did told person this a little small issue that i see when mirgrated to new outlook 10th of sat before having old hotmail for longest time up until frday the 9th

when i open up outlook for some odd reason i see under deleted items number 30 and i know for a fact that's not the case because i have more items in there and if i don't open a deleted email just remove it still saids 30 deleted items apprently outlook team are aware of this issue it seems like it working on correcting meh

well tech level 2 call i download that logme in rescue firefox couldn't open prob not admin said call tomorrow so i chatted with some microsoft they apprently proceded to me to open up another chat with microsoft answer tech since talking on phone to guy today didn't understand what i was saying and i dread try to remote computer tomorrow anyways i told them my issues been having only asked email address to look into no remote control whatso ever apon discovering person told me yes my email account currently having errors which is reason why every email assoicated with my hotmail.com being forward to my gmail all i see is red question mark since freakin last sat due to migration to new outlook excuse me why i mumble with madness in my head folks then saying i will personally fixed this problem with our internet tool wait 2-3 hours for it to take affect i see it when i believe it when i get an email from fye or amazon if i do infact see a symbol like letter a from amazon instead red question mark gmail couldn't verify company email not a spammer signed by hotmail.com and signed by whatever company email is i will be a happy person and also suppose to check why when i open up outlook that despite i see 30 deleted items there are more items in there and when i delete an item still 30 deleted items hope that get fixed as well told me no more worry's everything is going to get fixed like used to up to sept 9th when i was old hotmail/outlook layout meh

i'm extremly anxious if that microsoft person did in fact fixed my email so that i will no longer have to see red question mark when an email associated with my hotmail account being forward to my gmail when open i keep double checking my outlook mail to see if anything comes in go into my gmail see if some are going right into spam mail or inbox nothing as of yet

well seems my email account in new outlook still not fixed just receive an email being foward to gmail i open up it dreaded red question mark saying gmail couldn't verify sent message not a spammer with words mailed by hotmail.com and signed by company email from is missing still meh

well chatting with microsoft apprently my hotmail account is still on progress the system is not done on fixing account last check was 82 percent hence still why i continue to see red question marks being forward outlook to gmail meh

Hopefully Microsoft's solution works, I certainly hope for your sake. I wouldn't worry about it so much unless there are important emails coming at the moment.

If it's not fixable, you could always start a new email address.

surely by now the fixed is done and i hope that everything is good since level 2 tech didn't remote control and just asked for my hotmail account went into it did the fixed tool on it i shall see when amazon email's me later tonight around 2-2:30 with something after it showed up my outlook account if it will go straight into my gmail inbox with symbol of a<-amazon not going into my gmail spam saying red question mark can't verify from amazon not a spammer with missing mailed by hotmail.com and signed by amazon

i know that same level 2 tech who call me around 3 yesterday will call me same time today want to remote control if this fixed didn't work kindof wished i didn't delete that sorry logme in rescue when try to open firefox nothing happens prob admin prob

i did see something odd since i got old computer windows vista with ie8 it seems that i think i can run that app internet explorer 8 without having to call my brother which i doubt he be home to do team viewer install logme in rescue then have guy call back do remote control

this whole remote control with somebody else esp microsoft is scary heck i actually got team viewer turned off on my side so brother doesn't mess with it

i don't know if i can run that app internet explorer 8 but if i can then i won't have to bother my brother about installing it still i'm a little nervous

of course i can always just make a list gmail account on all those email's with my hotmail saying not to spam making red question mark go away gmail verifys email with mailed by hotmail.com and signed by company email meh

no i just gave person my email address in the chat but no nothing has been resolved still red question mark i'm reading very bad things about when so called microsoft wants people to do log me in some folks have hard time removing it

i try to do a filter to gmail account on a few incoming emails that associates to my hotmail account i thought was good but when i get an email from fye and told it not to spam went to my inbox however it still say red question mark and i don't know how to make it go away so that it includes when i look into details mailed by hotmail.com and signed by fye.com they are still missing<-i wished i knew how to fixed this via gmail in filter rule

now i believe reason why i forward my hotmail to gmail in 1st place because back in 2012 oct when i signed up twitter i couldn't use hotmail account have to use gmail instead now remember i didn't get my 1st android phone which was a droid r2d2 phone until jan 23 2014

i don't think my brother really wants somebody from microsoft to do that btw

or he prob can't since he doesn't want the guy to remote access my computer because idiot prob will do something since computer is connected to 2 other computers upstairs which also not admin and he basically controls them from his house

ya know i went into email added hotmail on phone but apprently it does that microsoft exchange activity thing and basically only going to show me new mail not all mail like on the web

i can download the microsoft outlook app on phone does show everything inbox like on web only thing i don't like is that app doesn't show any of my ringtones aka mp3's from sd card on phone when i click on notfications sounds hence only show the bloody ringtone sounds from app instead by god why oh wy did outlook jack me up last sat afternoon stupid idiots

so i asked you guys if you had a hotmail account since like i had don't know late 90's and into 2000 go to oct 2010 1st time see twitter advice from a friend talk to celbs wrestlers music folks models on there ok so you fire up couldn't put in hotmail address hmm that's odd do gmail account then you started just put your gmail in hotmail forward enable pop in gmail just put in hotmail account pop 3 enable pop

life was peacy then in feb 23rd 2014 get 1st phone put in gmail account in 2016 get another phone both droids 1 r2d2 droid 2 other is droid 4 then april 28th get galaxy s7 thought something mess up on phone get same refubshed phone may 3rd again put in gmail account all these phones smooth sailing never encounter any email being assoicated with hotmail address being forward to gmail and you have been using old for in hotmail/outlook layout ford a good while now up to sept 9th of this year


then you log in sat afternoon on sept 10th notice ahh what is this crap new outlook and its now outlook mail? what happen hotmail/outlook that i had yesterday

well i adopt then you find out hey this isn't right you get an email forward to gmail open up see a red question mark saying gmail can't verify that sender email not a spammer look into details that mailed by hotmail.com and signed by whatever email company is missing you ignore

then see another email open up gmail red question mark then all of sudden its basically every email that associates with hotmail account that's not good

follow by that a few email's that used to go into you gmail inbox now showing up gmail spam why red question mark you keep sayin no to spam next time you get email goes straight to it

you want to know what's the matter going on gmail form<-get little answer microsoft community nobody answers

you just go into microsoft chat telling folks problems then sombody calls you but was this past weds schedule call back thurs apprently want to remote control not being admin can't install

that thurs night you get fed up asked anyway to talk to somebody without call on phone get redirected to that chat and they only asked for your hotmail address doesn't remote control nothing verify then telling you yes there's something matter with your account lets do a fix it tool takes 2/3 hours everything perfect<-you assumed its a level 2 tech guy since microsoft tech don't have the tools for this kindof thing

then 7:57 get an email from outlook to gmail again red question mark you go back same chat another person who told me account isn't finished yet 82 percent 10:00 go back asked if done next person doesn't fixed is done nor tell you what percent chat somebody else nobody said nothing get mad

then thinking well perhaps it will get finished next morning i'm going to try something else put some of them email's in my gmail account with filter not to spam maybe that will stop nope still red question mark

tech calls you yesterday you try to think maybe i just download it internet explorer since can't open firefox negative

As long as all the emails are still being forwarded and you can read them, I suppose I'd just try to ignore the red question marks.

Well only thing annoying see a sea of red question mark in trash when open trash Gmail on phone but 9th and beginning month Sept and months before no red question mark plus ya know since I just remove few emails spam filter Gmail some emails will once again go straight to spam due red question mark with mailed by hotmail signed by whatever company for
missing for an example amazon or Disney movie club meh because don't really like open if I make filter amazon and see Blue Shield saying this message was not sent to spam because of a filter you created every time for now on ya know

The changes that Outlook made seem to have messed up Gmail's ability to authenticate the forwarded emails. The fact that some emails are then being put into spam is not good.

This seems like something that Outlook would need to fix on their end unless there is a setting that you can change.

I don't understand why they need to use a remote access program. Or what the fix tool was supposed to do.

if you type in microsoft chat start to chat they will want somebody to call you or themself to do a remote control acress with logmein rescue i don't know why but that's how the cookie crumbles so to speak

may i say in the old hotmail/outlook design that i had up to sept 9th when i open up inbox it used to say the words that my email was being forward to another account aka gmail but that's now gone

here's what it used to say in old hotmail outlook design under forwarding options

don't forward

forward your mail into another email account where do you want your message to be sent big box with my gmail account written in

checkmark keep a copy of forwarding messages in your outlook/inbox

new outlook aka outlook mail it now reads in forwarding bubble in start forwarding forward my email to gmail account written in little box

keep a copy of forwarding messages checkmark stop forwarding

and i have already got pop turn on outlook to let devices and apps use pop

i don't think i can fixed this myself nor bother can

so i'm basically screwed if my brother doesn't want guy to do logmein remote control ya know

This really seems like something other people must be experiencing. But you might be the only person who has tried to report it so far. My guess is that Outlook needs to tweak something on their end so Gmail can properly authenticate the forwarded emails again.

The whole remote control thing seems unnecessary. But it might be the only way that the techs finally recognize there is an issue.
