[Show spoiler]The Blip return is far more traumatic to society than most realize, imagine returning 5 years later to find loved ones passed away or beloved spouses remarried. It's a chaotic mess that was glossed over in FFH. I'm hoping that eventually it gets negated or sorted out in Multiverse of Madness.
As for Vision, he is frequently behaving autonomously outside of Wanda's line of sight, questioning what's happening and interacting with character's seemingly beyond her influence. For example, the conversation with Agnes and Herb in episode 3. It's hard to believe he is just re-animated to serve Wanda's narrative when he appears to have a will of his own. I hope he remains alive somehow,

Vision has always been a favorite of mine since the comics.

I think that's likely because he's an android. We've seen Wanda has the power to manipulate human minds, but I doubt she could do that to a machine. Her reality altering powers could have brought him back, but she wouldn't be able to control him without actually reprogramming him I'd imagine.

[Show spoiler]That scene is disturbing, still think of all the moments where Vision is trying to rationalize whats going on, and when doing the magic act, he was doing things independent of Wanda, yet she refused to let him remember or have powers. Perhaps that scene where they appear facing off to each other is the time point where her traumatized memories are forced aside. The whole reality appears to be her way of dealing with so much tragedy. The wildcard is the twins, I wondered how they were conceived? Loads of fun interpretation the few facts we know.

[Show spoiler]Him acting independently of Wanda is why I was convinced he was truly back alive, but the fact that so much of the promotion was asking how Vision is alive again makes me wonder if that was purposely done for a twist reveal that he's not really back at all. Especially since in House of M, Wanda does have that fantasy of being with Vision and her children but it all turns out to be an illusion. I would like Vision (and Quicksilver if he does come back) to stick around, since I think Wanda deserves that support system, but going by the type of stories I think they have planned for her (almost the Avengers' version of Dark Phoenix), more than likely they won't

But it's still too early to know for sure. I'm not sure what role Vision or even Quicksilver would have in the MCU past this show.

Oops, sorry for making you think that. Although there has been plenty of talk about Black Widow being delayed again if Disney doesn't release it on Disney+. Falcon and Winter Soldier should be released this March though.
