I haven't bought many Blu-rays since my last post, but I did receive something in the mail on the 13th, and naturally I went a bit nuts when Wonder Woman was released on Tuesday...

1. Battlestar Galactica: The Complete Series (US) ----------- $33.61 - eBay

[Show spoiler]I absolutely love the 2004 Battlestar Galactica, so I'm very happy to finally have the complete series on Blu-ray Technically I already had it in "HD", but only on Amazon Instant Video (which IIRC is 720p not 1080p ). Luckily I only paid $4.99 per season (on AIV), but I still wanted to wait until I could find the Blu-ray set for a good price before buying it. I considered purchasing the UK set more than a few times, but I really dislike all the ratings logos, so I kept putting it off and hoping that I'd eventually find the US version for <$40, and my patience finally paid off

Unfortunately the case for The Plan was broken during transit (the bottom clasp broke off on one side, so now it only snaps shut on the top), and the outer box that houses all the seasons has a lot more cosmetic damage than it looked like it did (in the pics that the seller uploaded to the eBay listing). Other than that it seems to be exactly as described, and neither of those things are bad enough for me to want to return it (or leave negative feedback). So assuming all of the discs work/play properly I will be perfectly satisfied

As far as Wonder Woman, I loved pretty much everything about the movie, so I just couldn't resist grabbing every one of the Exclusives that I thought I might end up regretting not getting Of course I don't particularly like the Steelbook artwork, so I may still decide to return it, but I doubt it since I have the MoS & SS Steelbooks (and I plan/hope to get the BvS Steel ASAP). Although it is still in stock at both the Best Buys in my city, so if (before my return window ends) it seems likely that it will stay in stock long enough for it to eventually drop in price (or go on sale like the Suicide Squad 4K Steel did, which I got for $14.99) I may change my mind

Last (and definitely least) I picked up The Longest Ride on Tuesday as well. I was on my way home from Best Buy, and I stopped in at The Dollar Tree to pick up some things. While I was there I saw a single Blu-ray sitting on a shelf by itself (The Longest Ride obviously), and since it was only a buck and came with a Digital HD code I couldn't resist. I figure I can sell the DC for at least $2, so it'll be like I was paid to own the BD Besides it's not like I'm 100% sure I will hate the movie, I may even end up enjoying it, as I do enjoy romance movies (I just usually prefer they also have some sort of fantasy/sci-fi/action/horror elements mixed in). I also liked Britt Robertson in Tomorrowland quite a bit

Oh and naturally I couldn't resist taking a new group shot of all my DCEU Blu-rays However I will put that pic in spoiler tags for those who want to see it (also in the pic are a couple BvS posters, my Man of Steel Art book, and the animated Wonder Woman BD/Graphic Novel Combo)...

I know it seems like a lot, but the funny thing is I only paid around $275 for everything in the above pic, and I don't regret any of the purchases

Oh and you'd think all of those would be more than enough, but I still need the BvS Steelbook, the 3D Combo for Suicide Squad, and the 4K Combo for Man of Steel
