As a kid I preferred Chicago Hope (CBS) to ER (NBC). I consider Grey's Anatomy to be the best medical show (the longest running in history) followed by Nip/Tuck, Doogie Howser M.D., and then the Grey's Anatomy spinoff Private Practice. As far as comedies go I enjoyed Nurse Jackie.

Produced by Universal and Lorne Michael's Broadway Video... might as well go to Peacock.

I enjoyed it, but how can they legitimately make them go back for a third time? I'm sure taking nearly a year after filming finished to release it probably didn't help.

I loved this show, but I had no idea a 4th season was ever planned. The 3rd season seemed to end things pretty conclusively. There was a slight crack left open for more, but nothing that would make another season strictly necessary. Plus, the main boy finally hit puberty, so the age difference between the actor and his character (clumsily addressed in the last season with

) was getting a bit silly.

Is Paramount footing the bill for Colin’s second season? AFAIK they had nothing to do with the creation of the first season. I watched it on Danish public broadcast TV several months before it hit P+.
