Just bought for $9 on eBay:

I've bought it to see the 1931 Maltese Falcon since I couldn't pass it up at that price. I still will be getting the 1941 Maltese Falcon BluRay with Bogie later this year. Couldn't pass up this pre-Code gem.

Rented both; It Comes at Night, while being hailed by critics as "the most misunderstood film of the year," was a massive disappointment. No point to the plot, no character analysis, no buildup to anything monumental, no satisfying ending...I could go on and on.

First Kill, as I stated when I posted that I rented it, had your typical Bruce Willis playing that typical role with that typical stupid look he's had on his face ever since Live Free or Die Hard.

How was Hayden Christensen? He's good in the right role, but I'm guessing this isn't the right role.

Indeed; as much as everyone hated him in the Star Wars prequels, aside from his inherent "whining" in that role, I actually thought that was the only characterization that's suited him thus far. The one they paired up to be his wife in this was an odd choice, as well; the whole thing was just a direct-to-video dud.

He's incredible in this:

Shattered Glass (2003)

This is also fun, but it's nonsensical - and don't expect award-winning acting from anyone, lol.

Awake (2007)

Indeed...I am going into this knowing it's going to be awful...I can't wait to see if Snipes is worse in this than he was in the last Expendables...

I really wanted to watch Wonder Woman tonight, but because of some monetary problems, we just can't pick the Blu-ray up today; I was stuck choosing a cheap rental like this in order to watch something new.

My mom and sister like these types of movies. Besides, I still have 4 (free) rental credits to use.

I was really disappointed with It Comes At Night. I was expecting a horror movie and ended up with this "isolation type of thriller" which was boring.

I can't believe that none of the officers found the key that was lying in the grass near the barn in First Kill, LOL. Another straight-to-video flick for Bruce.
