It's already on the list under New Line Cinema. I reported it in January.

One tip - sometimes you can't tell if a title is truly out of print if it's only available through 3rd party sellers on Amazon and some other sites. I had asked the distributor of one of my films about that and was told that they have to wait for Amazon to reorder it, which they don't always do in a timely manner or sometimes, not at all.

I agree Amazon is not a good indicator, but when something isn't available on any of the major retailers websites, that's usually a sign that something else is going on. The Grudge probably is a good candidate for a reissue at some point with the new one coming out next year.

I didn't do a thorough search of all of the OOP Shout titles, but I did see that "Garbage Pail Kids" and "Dolls" are still showing on their site right now, while there's a sale going on. (Also saw that "Vampire's Kiss", "Robot Jox", and the "Troll"/"Troll 2" 2-pack are sold out.) If you've got stuff you're still looking for, take a look, maybe they've got copies.

Strange. A couple weeks ago Dolls had a note that the title went OOP and had a date and everything (as of Nov. something of this year) on the Shout site. Guess they found some more at the warehouse. Some are still gone (Scarecrows and the Sleepaway Camp sequels), but many that read "sold out" or just straight up OOP are now back. Get em while they're hot!

EDIT: found my post when someone asked if it was really gone in the Dolls thread. On Nov. 20th Shout's site read "As of November 11, 2019, this title is OUT OF PRINT" and the blue "add to cart" button was a red "sold out" one. I'm guessing this might have to do with either a warehouse find, or replication delays. Have to imagine there is something to that date on Shout's site, but it's back on Amazon too (haven't checked others).

Shout doesn't usually play games like that, that's Code Red's thang. I believe this and all the titles they said are going OOP in 2020 will go OOP, it just looked like Dolls had a jump. A few are already gone like Scarecrows and the Sleepaway Camp sequels, & Disturbing Behavior.

They more than likely found a few boxes sitting in the warehouse behind something else.

Yep. That's exactly what they said. They've been moving warehouses I believe (I think that's what they said when I emailed them about my order with OOP titles that was taking awhile) and moving the OOP stock accordingly. A lot of the titles that were on those two lists of going OOP titles are already gone from Shout and listed as OOP and sold out.
