What's The Latest DVD You Bought/Watched Thread: U.S./Canada Edition

It's back in stock on Sept 30 and I went ahead and ordered it. If any of The Thin Man's come out on BluRay I will get them when they become available until now I will watch this DVD when I want to watch them. Plus I have never got to see the others especially After The Thin Man which is one of James Stewart's earliest role and one of the few times he's a villain IIRC.

The Bad News Bears (1976)



First time watching this. I saw bits of it on cable in the 90s, but never sat and watched the whole movie. I was surprised about how non PC it is. I assumed it was a family film, but it has bad language and racial slurs from the kids. The coach drinks alcohol during games and throughout the entire film. It doesn't bother me at all, it just was unexpected and actually refreshing. It reminded me of the kids from IT (2017). 3.5/5

I was 14 when it came out, and loved the hell out of it.

It's a great example of where we should go back to as far as being non-PC.
Frankly anyone that needs to be reminded of how badly we've gone astray with this PC stuff can just watch any movie from the 1970's.
