good raiding with you guys. i'm not gonna be home tonight so you can add someone else.

from the raid and nightfall last night i got:
found verdict - legendary shotgun
praedyth's revenge - legendary sniper (precision kills cause the target to explode)
the culling - legendary machine gun
thunderlord - exotic machine gun

not bad for one night

Would you just leave your hunter alone except for runs that require level 28+!!

Resource management 101 - having two revenue streams will get you to 30 faster than one with this RNG loot system.

If you spent a couple more hours on your warlock, it'll be up to 20 and then you can pick up armor for another quick jump to 24-25. It took me about a week and a half to get my alt warlock (which is now my primary) to 28, though I did already have an exotic and legendary piece of armor sitting in my vault just waiting for level 20 to hit.

Just based on some of those descriptions from 'The Dark Below' you can tell there is a story there. Shame because the actual "story" for Destiny is somewhat interesting, it's just executed horribly in that the only way to really find out about it is from reading ONLINE the Grimoire.

Well said Ric. I should of just taken your advice last week when you addressed it.

Maybe I will actually change my mind and play with you on the Weekly stuff when you come back from your business trip tomorrow.


Also to the Raid team last night, I have to prepare myself this evening for a possible upcoming interview, but I should have a little play time this evening. I'll be on normal time as usual. If we can't finish off the Raid tonight, then we can do it Thursday.

I don't know how you do it Jon, 100+ shards. Me over here, my character is living paycheck to paycheck. Once I get a pair of Shards, I spend it for upgrades and I'm broke

I'm no 'expert' by a long shot . Just happened to pick up a few tricks whilst being lucky enough to play with greater players than myself

Still, I was perplexed at wth happened that made that chest de spawn. Something tells me you can't go into the Gorgons maze area beforehand, so we all should have gone together to the place. Guess being "FIRST!" was counter productive lol

Last night put me over 60 shards and over 100 energy. Now I just need to farm 128 relic iron to max my raid gear for 30. Oh and another 128 to cap my crappy but decent ticket launcher and backup raid sniper.

I'm basically done for the week now. A brief meeting this morning with my customer before I head over to meet a buddy for golf this afternoon. Travel day tomorrow and "work from home" on Friday!

Three dailies and three public events per day some days (though I don't usually do three anymore) and three raids per week as well as random engrams and chests yielding shards and armors that I will never need. I just tend to get shards more than energies. I have enough weapons to use up my entire supply of energy, but I'm stingy with them. My guardians are all level 29+, and so if I don't get another piece of raid armor, I have nothing to use shards on. I have 55 strange coins, too and will have at least 73 by the weekend.

Yeah, when you do the raid over and over and don't get ANY new armor, the shards add up fast. I have 81 myself.
