Some prior purchases that I completely forgot about, most still unopened except for 2 that I watched. But strangely they were all in the Amazon box they shipped in that somehow made it into my loft storage cabinet. Weird.

Will see if I can get a copy of Wild River (doesn't matter if it's a DVD release (ditto with the Marilyn Monroe-starring Niagara). The Eureka UK Blu-ray has more extras, but that appears to be out-of-print. Have a vague memory of having read about Wild River before (on here).

Yeah I've been trying to get that one too. Amazon says it doesn't know if it will even get it in stock. Oh well.

And that concludes my first journey into the Clone Wars seasons 1-6. Now to Disney+, unfortunately, for season 7. Guess we'll never see a physical release of that, but what can you do.

I've also been working my way through Bad Batch and I'd love to see it get a release, but yeah... probably unlikely. I'm hoping we can at least get news on an Andor Season 2 release soon

Spy Game (2001)

A tribute to the late, great Robert Redford (there'll be more to watch, as I was in a quandary to which of his numerous great films to screen last night). A great suspense tale helmed by Tony Scott reminiscent of the 'caper' elements of Sneakers with great performances from the principles (Catherine McCormack as the third element/love interest). CIA operative Nathan Muir discovers his greatest 'student' and friend is captured on the day before his retirement and uses all his skills against both the adversaries and the agency to attempt a rescue. This is the 2011 re-issue and looks to be the same rendering as the 2009 universal serviceable original. 4.0/5 stars. R.I.P. Mr. Redford.
