Man, the details in that gas station clerk guy's picture is amazing. I can't get over how real that looks.

Japanese site opened properly, nicely presented. SCEJ does a page/site for everything they publish but it's still funny they're a step ahead of the two primary target regions at promoting this game.

This has always been a Sony published game.

But it appeared as though Quantic Dream owned the 'Heavy Rain' IP before. SCEE published their own '24 The Game' but they don't own the IP and can't stop future games based on 24 by other dev/publishers.

I'm sure the exclusive publishing agreement would have been far longer than a typical one-year third party exclusive, probably permanent for the one game, and wouldn't have allowed future Heavy Rain games on competing platforms any time soon but now everything Heavy Rain is secured 100% with SCE.

I'm suspicious.

When you get the privilege, you can still plug the game with nonspecific accolades, but if you hated it, you're pretty much stuck keeping silent.
