Yeah, I enjoyed all three as well just I feel this got much less praise than avengers and dark knight

Probably because a lot of people are still stuck on the Raimi Spider-Man films. So it faced a lot of unfair comparisons.

not me. avengers 1, dkr 2, and amazing spidey 3. like the guy above me said. im still too connected to the originals. the whole first half of the movie just felt like a remake. the flirting was unbearable. i liked it overall though. just too much deja vu. ill bet i would have loved the hell out of this if i hadnt seen the rami trilogy 10 times. and im sure i will love it once i get the 3d blu. anyway, avengers kicked this flick a&$.

I had just blurayathoned Raimi's trilogy b4 seeing this. I've always liked his movies (even 3) but they never quite did it 4 me. I never could put my finger on it but they always seemed to be missing something. Anyway, the TASM seemed to capture at least for me what the previous trilogy did not. That simply put is heart. I cared what was happening to the characters AND the people in their lives.

They are pictured in front of a DVD and aren't as tall as the DVD. The DVD should be about 7.5" tall, so I'm guessing the Lizard has to be about 6" - 6.5" tall (including the base).
