Foxconnect sucks so nothing new. I have had a problem with almost every order I have placed through the website. The customer service is awful.

I guess they finally figured out the correct price, as mentioned yesterday on their Twitter account.

EDIT: even with the higher prices last night (over this morning), if they stay at $19.99, I'll have saved about $45 with the 7 last night and the 2 this morning at $10.99.

yes they basically told me to go F off when i talked to them. Even though I screen capped the items at 10.99 and told them why would they not honor their prices they said we dont.

Yes it was, as I ordered Child's Play for 10.99 and The Silence Of The Lambs which was 12.99. I wish I would have ordered The Fly for 10.99, kicking myself now. I guess I just see if I get an order cancelation since they changed there prices

Also, when I ordered Darko and Saints just after 12 CST, my order number was just about 140 more than the order from last night at about 10 CST, so if their order numbers are truly consecutive, then they've only sold a little over a hundred of any one title so far...

i am actually glad i found out how bad their customer service is, though i may want these and i was probably one of the first to order these , with their awful service I am ok with not having them, plus i cancelled my Predator Head and Wolverine set , they probably don't care but at least I feel better that my money isn't going to a dishonest company.

Yeah, I tried to call to get price adjustments and was told they can only cancel the order, but it had already shipped (give 'em props for that at least!), so they couldn't even do that. At least I'm still under the high mark I set for these; I wasn't going to order all unless they came to $180 or less, averaging $20 a piece. That was as much as I was willing to pay.

I was able to pick up Carrie (10.99), SOTL (12.99), and Child's Play (10.99) this afternoon. I've heard others talk about how terrible Fox Connect is but watching how these prices have fluctuated is absurd! Not to mention the website isn't very user friendly...
