I'm still hanging onto my Japanese Unrated DVD. As much as I want to upgrade, I likely won't if it's still the R-Rated version. Always thought the cover art for the JP was great, and would look sharp for the 4K.

I’ll still hold on to my Jap unrated, and it kills me to say it but I can’t pass up a UHD - I need to own a decent picture quality version.

I’d be tempted to make my own edit, reinserting the unrated footage but the jump in quality from 4K to DVD would probably be too distracting.

It's insane and so very painful as no film class is ever this way and I hope none of these students would pay for this course, JFC.

I took a ridiculously fun and informative History of Rock & Roll music class as a general elective that was much the same. Lots of clueless douches looking for an easy credit that (surprise!) didn't pass the class.

In every film class I've taken, we've never discussed James Cameron as a top filmmaker. We've talk about World Cinema and the likes of Orson Welles.

I did however manage to write a 15 page essay on John Carpenter.

It won’t be a good poster it’ll be tragically awful according to the recent Blu-ray artwork that came out in the last few weeks. They literally photoshopped Arquette and Ulrich together.

I would’ve loved to see Scream Factory do a proper boxset. Still hoping we get the unrated version of “Scream”. Was the unrated version only available on VHS and Laserdisc?

IIRC it was on a Japanese DVD as well.
