I think the actual shell and buttons of the phone look a bit on the ugly side, but the interface looks great. I would hope the 2.0 update doesn't take forever, but it seems like the phones with custom-UI's rather than plain Android would naturally take longer to update.

i actually agree with you on that, it has some cheapness to it. but the insides are what really count to me. plus i'm expecting the community to come out with an upgrade way before sony does. i just hope google keeps pumping out the updates, there's plenty android is still missing!

Yeah, it's crazy to think phones are getting faster than some of my old computers. I remember when I got my first 1ghz+ processor in a computer, and phones are on the verge of breaking that.

Finally Jailbroke today.

Man is it sweet!! Video capture, custom fonts, custom themes, invisible dock bar. Lots and lots of cool stuff. Man is it easy to Jailbreak, I had no idea.

It's awesome!! Just tethered for the first time with this phone!!!

Certainly not a first for me, it is with this phone and using the wireless connection though. I have only done it Bluetooth or USB with other phones. It is surprisingly pretty quick. I will Jailbreak this phone with every update, no going back now.

Got the droid on release day and loving it, Slacker radio, and now just over 20,000 apps, and wide open development so I get a lot of apps that would never come anywhere near an iphone, no to mention the widgets

Who else here has the droid as well and what do you like/hate about it?

Will buy this.

As long as it has multi-touch and Droid 2.0

Still will see what SE come up with as timescape and mediascape look nice.

Whats with all the reports on the X10 being delayed? I wonder if someone is trying to mess with Sony's stock price.

Sounds like the same 3.7 AMOLED as the Samsung i8910 Omnia HD. Definitely a big screen. The AMOLED is great indoors but stinks in sunlight, FWIW.

Google released 'goggles' (formerly called Visual Search) today.

Unfortunately for me, it's only for Android 1.6 and higher.

I hate Samsung, and their silence when it comes to whether or not they'll be updating the Moment.
