You need to submit a copy of the receipt via text I believe, the code is not included.

I suppose it is possible a small business could potentially get these, but it would require someone who supplies the business to not only shop at walmart for tissues but to also select that particular size packaging and brand, skipping over larger packages at a better price per unit.

Do most employers even provide tissues? I'll bet if they do, they are the off brand cheapest ones, and not these Kleenex

I once worked at a library, and they would supply both Kleenex and off-brand (but of course, internally, not from Walmart).

The popularity needs to grow is all to get more traffic. It seems to mostly be the same people who have thousands of titles in their list. And somewhat recently it looked like you had to offer two or more codes at a time to make anyone to make a claim. That's probably intimidating to someone who is new with not many codes.
