Occasional, and might have something to do with player placement. I've never seen the relic holder die to incoming damage, but people who are clearly inside the bubble sometimes take damage and die.

Rare. I think this actually has to do with how long it takes you to clear the oracles. The faster you kill them, the more time you get on Time's Vengeance; take too long and you get nothing.
5. Players would get marked that were not teleported.
I've never seen this happen unless someone wanders into a gate.
6. Supplicants would not die after taking more than enough damage.
I've also never seen this happen unless they're already in their self-destruct animation.
7. I don't like the fact that the praetorians now posses the warlock's fireborn self-revive ability.
Is THAT what's happening? They're definitely regenerating health somehow.
8. Getting detained, teleported, and insta-death on the other side.
I've never seen anyone detained + teleported
9. Oracles not spawning when they should, then spawning all at once (reported by IchiDaKiller187)
Have never seen this happen.
10. Succumbing to the Oracles while Time's Vengeance is active and everyone is out of the portal - XbOne (reported by HeadButtYoNut)
Have also never seen this happen.
11. Atheon stops taking damage. His health stopped dropping after 40%, twice - PS4 (reported by Zamm3k)
Have never seen this happen.
12. Teleporting three of us and immediately teleporting us back, leaving all 6 of us with atheon (insta-wipe) - PS4 (reported by Zamm3k)
Have never seen this happen.
13. Supplicants are killed, blow up and then revive directly inside bubble and blow up (insta-wipe) - PS4 (reported by Zamm3k)
Have never seen this happen.
14. Ammo synthesis does not replenish ammo when consumed (alive in-game) - PS4 (reported by FastDrinker77)
I have never seen this happen in the Vault of Glass but I have seen it happen on Nightfall (just last night, as a matter of fact).

Vault of Glass is indeed full of glitches.

so I finally finished an exotic bounty and got the Pocket Infinity! But while I'm excited to have another exotic and free bounty slot I don't get what makes this thing cool.

Upgrade to full auto and add in the stability perk as well as the chance to fire up to 6 shots in a pretty straight line takes down pretty much anyone in PvP.

What a difference a decent auto rifle makes in crucible. Using my fully upgraded Shadow Price, it only took me a couple hours of crucible to get the 10K points needed to finish-out the Bad Ju-Ju exotic bounty. I was actually getting fairly consistent >1 K/D every match, which for me was pretty good. Too bad BJ-J is such a bad weapon. It looks cool, but like everyone else has said, the green vapor at the barrel really inhibits the sight picture. I'll keep it for now in hopes they implement a trade system down the road.

A big thanks to Jon and Ray for helping me get through the nightfall and weekly heroic on Friday night. If anyone else still needs to complete these, hit me up. My Titan still needs to go through them.

Ya I recently got shadow price and have been fooling around wit hit in crucible and I'm doing pretty well. I normally love hand cannons but I got the vanguard one and I can't follow up.
