Just got home from work and best buy. I ordered my copy early this morning before I left for work then luckily it was there waiting for me when I got off work. Luckily in mint condition cause my store was out of them on the shelves and the next closest best buy to me that has one is almost 45 minutes away. So I'm happy, my first embossed steelbook.

I have an extra but am probably returning it unless someone to the north wants to trade it for a Futureshop The Hobbit.

The only reason I have two is because is was u sure of BB shipping methods but surprising it arrived mintin just a plastic bag mailer.

So I called right at 10Am because I have work all day the class for an hour at 4pm so I wanted to make sure I got a copy and when I got there the one they were holding for me ended up being the last copy so happy for calling them

Same thing happened to me with the target Peter Pan digibook. Worst part was when I went to get it in the evening I saw the head GM of the store looking in the Disney section (I know him well). We chatted a bit,he said he came to get the digibook after his shift and that they had one left... which was the one on hold up front at customer service for me. I felt so bad...

There's a very, VERY large moral difference in taking advantage of selling a rare item one already has and grabbing multiple copies of the same item to turn it around immediately for a profit. For the record, I'm not salty. I got my one copy, the one I'll need to watch and enjoy.

People on here don't have a issue with those who buy two copies. It's with those who buy them in bulk is what grinds our gears. Personally I'm not hating because I didn't get one (which I did get one last night online with in store pick up), but I know it's taking away from those who just want to get one copy (like myself). We all understand that scalping has been here forever and is here to stay, that doesn't mean we have to like it.

Damn that sucks hopefully he was able to find one. I just have to say this is a beautiful steelbook. Had such a good haul also got saints row 3 for $9.99 and the best buy exclusive avengers set for $20

Wow, that was quick. Got in about 30 minutes after the doors open, snagged one copy. Got it home, realized there was a small dent behind the card, and took it back. By the time I got there, I had three to choose from, one being in absolutely immaculate condition.

Wheeeeww....just got back from a Best Buy near my work and I gotta say I got lucky but someone else totally got screwed. I placed an order for store pick up early this morning around 4 AM before I took off for work. Received an email saying the steelbook was ready for pick up at 7:05 AM. Stopped by after work approximately 3:30 PM to pick it up and the employees could not find my copy that was supposed to be ready for pick up. I think I waited at least 20 minutes while they searched around because the store was completely sold out. They ended up grabbing someone elses pick up order to give to me . They said that there are more orders for this than they actually had in store so the inventory is all messed up. I am happy I got my copy but feel really for the ones who are getting screwed out of this because Best Buy messed up on the inventory. Just a warning to those that do store pick up and think they are guaranteed a copy....Best Buy can screw up and you end up getting nothing.

Damn, all day I was excited to check my Life of Pi set since I kept hearing people were using a coupon from it on ZDT...of course I open it and see no such coupon on top of not getting the SB of ZDT today. Such a fail

I wonder if this will end up being like MIB3 SBs. I couldn't get a copy the first week because of limited quantity. Months later I randomly saw one or two in stock at the same store but of course for list price, and now a week or so ago I saw a whole stack of the MIB3 SBs at the same store.

They seem to have a ton of these in stock but hold off until they can charge full price for them. Such a bullshit gimmick.
