I'd like to make one small interjection in this thread. If we are going to honor women who still look good over 40, lets at least show the proper respect and post images of these women at their current age. I feel it's a bit disingenuous to have a thread like this and then post older pictures of these women when they were in their 20's or 30's. (Not everyone is doing this but I've seen plenty of examples). Otherwise you might as well post these in the "women who looked good in their heyday" thread.
