Kind of my final shopping of the season, some bought over the weekend, some on Cyber Monday.



Pops/Rock Candy from the Funko Site.

Stranger Things, Blockers and I Feel Pretty from Target. The 2 movies showed up with destroyed cases, but my local store had both for an easy swap.

Tales Of Halloween from some site, forget the name, that had it 50% off.

'Bell from the 50% of Barnes sale last weekend.


Also ordered the Amazon exclusive Pocahontas Rock Candy and the Critters Blu-Ray set, but both were stolen while I was at work and Amazon refused to send replacements, just refunds, but now that Critters is nearly $30 more, gonna have to sit and wait for a price drop again.


I rarely buy from Amazon, and every 3rd order has issues with it. Sent to the wrong address, never sent, stolen, etc....unsure how they're with people that use them a lot, but I think they're pure garbage as a company.

06. 12 Monkeys (Arrow Limited Edition) -------------- $3.37 - Amazon.com (this is easily one of my all time favorite films! Oh and I used the remaining gift card balance I had from the $55 in gift cards I won from a Honey Nut Cheerios contest to bring my price paid down from $24.99 )

15. Ant-Man and The Wasp ------------------------------ $18.48 - Best Buy (Picked it up the Monday after Black Friday, and it rang up at $18.99, but they still had the $16.99 price tag from BF on one of the price tags, so they did a manual adjustment)

The 6 titles from Best Buy that I picked up on Thanksgiving (#07 thru #12 on the above list) were all technically more than what I actually paid for them, but I used a $25 gift card that I acquired through Sony Rewards for just $8.17 on them. Before the gift card the total was exactly $49.99 with tax, which means as far as I'm concerned I only paid $33.16 total for those 6 ($8.17 on the gift card + $24.99 at Best Buy = $33.16). As for the individual prices listed above, I just chose a price I'm happy with for each title, and I made sure they added up to $33.16

Unfortunately I ended up missing out (or passing) on almost half of the titles I originally planned on buying during the Thanksgiving/Black Friday sales, mainly because I had some car trouble Thanksgiving night, so I wasn't able to make it to all the stores I meant to (I never made it to Target ), and then I ended up being without transportation for the next 2-3 days. However I did go back to Best Buy as soon as I could (on Monday night), and that's when I picked up Ant-Man and The Wasp, even though I have the UK 3D Combo on it's way to me now from AmazonUK I originally went there because I was nearby, and I was hoping to get the A Nightmare on Elm Street set (price matched to Amazon's at the time $18.96 price), but unfortunately they didn't have a single copy of that, so when I noticed Ant-Man and The Wasp was still marked at $16.99 I just couldn't resist grabbing it (especially after finding a copy with a very near mint slipcover).

Anyways, after seeing it on my shelf with the rest of my MCU BDs I definitely don't regret it, and now I just can't resist posting a couple updated pics of my MCU collection, but I'll put them in spoiler tags...

It's damn near perfect (IMO obviously), but I'm still hoping to eventually design some custom slipcovers for every MCU movie after Doctor Strange (and then I'll most likely pay someone to print them for me), that way I have slips that have the 3D Blu-ray logo at the top of the spine (among other differences), but for now the standard BD slipcovers will do

The Titanfall 2 Xbox One video game is from Five Below.

The Darth Vader Santa hat is from Dollar Tree.

Okay. My big one for this week. Just kidding because I have more coming, but this is my big Best Buy pick up this week. TLK and M-I:Fallout future proofing 4K purchases and The Nun. It may be the weakest of the Conjuring films by a country mile, but it has some spooky stuff that will be fun around a certain time of the year. Or if I'm in a certain mood.
