I guess he misinterpreted "dodgy". His past production history isn't being scrutinized, his current business tactics are. He's definitely "dodgily" running his home video label by creating artificial scarcity for the sole purpose of jacking up profits, which, BTW, are ALL profits since he's selling direct. Thankfully I'm only interested in stuff like Mirror Mirror because I certainly don't want to jump through hoops to buy movies. Ruined and miribeau may see the appeal in that but I don't.

This got me curious, so I looked at his imdb producing credits. Most of those films have about 10 different producing credits...which seemed like a lot to me, sure enough that's about double the avg. What that means, I have no idea.

Well that we appreciate Rick. And likely if you do give us a try you won't be disappointed. We sell many of the Code Red titles as you know and we have a line of Dark Force releases of which we try to uphold the utmost quality as we are big fans of these movies ourselves. And lastly we have a big surprise planned for DEAD PIT so stay tuned...

Dark Force's releases are great and they have been an excellent company to order from. Like any company they have haters, Dark Force's haters are just more vocal and persistent than most due to Dark Force's unorthodox style. Give them a try and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

It's obviously fake by looking at it and you won't find one person that follows Dark Force on Facebook that ever saw that post. You should have contacted us and confronted us about it before putting it up on your site which makes me very suspicious. Which leads me to believe you are just looking to stir trouble on line which ultimately gets us more attention. Trust me if I made that post it would still be up and I'd come down and tell it to your face.

I don't know what was or wasn't posted on Facebook but the image posted in this thread earlier definitely appears fake (as rdodolak also pointed out) as as the fonts and spacing were totally wrong and not what Facebook uses. It looks like someone typed something using Word default font and slapped a dark force Facebook header image on top of it.

Regardless of whether or not something was actually posted on Facebook, amazing people may have spent the time and effort to make fake Facebook mock ups about a Blu ray label

Exactly, the font type and size, paragraph alignment, and text positioning/spacing are all wrong not to mention the digital artifacts. I can't speak to what was or wasn't posted, but that specific image isn't a screenshot of an actual post.

Good points RUINED and there is also another sure giveaway that that post was never done by Dark Force. We have been posting on Facebook now for almost a year and half and you can scroll through literally hundreds of past posts by us, see if you can find one where it's only text without an image. What annoys me more than the fake post is that Dawn of the Discs just took the liberty to post it on their page without even verifying if it was legit.

It's actually a 3D box now. We never posted anything bad about you ever. Just because some random idiot sends you something obviously defaming, you automatically take it at face value and run with it?? The post doesn't even make a single shred of damn sense. What leak of information on Dead Pit? lol There is nothing to leak, it's getting released on Blu-ray, big deal. And what we would threaten to sue over that?? If we have a real issue with someone and we post it then it does not get taken down...ever. Nor would I try to deny it later and would tell it to you in person if that were the case. Would you like it if someone sent us a post claiming to be by Dawn of the Discs that was slanderous and we just went ahead and posted it without even contacting you about it first? I would guess not.
