That used to be one of the only ways to get it. Do you remember the anniversary box set released in Japan to commemorate ten years since Orozcos death? That was a sick piece.

MR NO LEGS UPDATE!

We have been communicating with the box printers for MR NO LEGS over the past month and the final date we have been given for shipping of the boxes is the 15th of May. This is a bit frustrating as we were on schedule to receive these boxes before the shutdown began, however these circumstances are out of everyone's control.

The good news is, the retail release date for MR NO LEGS will be July of 2020 and all direct sale copies will be shipping much earlier than the retail copies do.

A big thank you to all of those that have ordered and been understanding about this situation. The world has waited over 40 years for a North American release of MR NO LEGS, hopefully these last few weeks will go by like a breeze!

Keep checking back for more updates about this and more upcoming releases.

They posted a photo of a Blu-ray sleeve for Nightmares in a damaged brain, albeit cropped, on their Instagram along with a photo of a “B” cover for Orozco in the last week. It’s coming. I think if people developed a Synapse mindset for Massacre Video, then they’d be a lot more pleased when releases eventually came out. I mean isn’t that what Massacre Video is doing essentially? Definitive releases for titles other labels wouldn’t touch?

I don't remember seeing that. Code Red and 88 Films already released Nightmare on blu. Also this is funny to look back on

That DVD release is a tough one to track down.

I was fortunate to find a copy well over a decade ago at a Horror Convention I was atttending in Los Angeles, CA.

I have them on IG and i have not seen anyhting about Nightmnare posted. I even checked their page just now and nothing.

lets face it its never coming.
im not annoyed of taking long im annoyed at the lack of news.
so many labels do this.
they should at least say "We are still working on Nightmare, currently we are correcting color" or the like every few months

More importantly, it's just a reissue of something many of us already have in our collections and not some long-lost movie that hasn't seen the light of day since VHS (like Mr. No Legs). I'm not sure if I even want to double dip when they finally release it. Wasn't very impressed with the film.

The point is, not everyone owns it already. I know its hard sometimes to think about things and others who aren't yourself, but you should try it sometime.

It's actually a cool movie to have. I have both the Code Red and 88 Films versions. I never bothered with the latter, though, because I don't like the color timing on the transfer, even if it's a longer cut than Code Red's.

So, I had been mistaken in an earlier post. Around a week and a half ago Massacre Video had a teaser image of a new sleeve posted on their instagram. I had mistaken this with the foreign cover of Nightmares in a damaged brain with the main character screaming as I hadn’t looked at it close enough. However it is this film Night Terror. This has not been officially announced yet, but i assume that will be coming soon.

It happens. I'm not familiar with Night Terror, but that cover looks pretty cool.

And I just saw that story that MassacreVideo posted. Looks like they are having trouble finding good elements for Nightmare in a Damaged Brain.

I think they’re just obtaining access to every print they can and checking the quality to see which one will be the absolute best to use. The owner of Massacre has access to a scanner outside of just paying Fotokem to scan something and seeing what it looks like after so much time and so much money. I think this release will be very worthy of the wait.

I wonder if they could also be trying to look for some uncut footage. Wasn't there talk about scenes that were missing from both the Code Red and 88films versions?
