Dammit, I splurged!!!







On their way to my house as of right now. Thanks Pops for the link to the spike bases from eBay. I've decided to not build a riser, but keep the SubDude HD as it is, for my Dynamo, not for my AA Sub10 - thinking about it, adding a 12" riser wouldn't fit into my OCD'd "JJAF". And I've been dying to get my hands on that Elite SACD/DVD-A player for the longest and finally just splurged on it. I have to stop. I wanted a dedicated amplifier!

My review for the AcousticAudio HDSub-10 shall be up in its thread within two hours or so.

And hallelujah! Only took them a month, but B&W finally sent me replacement base plinths for my 683s. What a hassle that was. Got my hands on the new 09 Rotel Product Guide too - although I'm drooling over getting an older RMB-993 or a 1075....

And now I have a great deal available to me on an Outlaw 2200 Monoblock amplifier and a B&K Ref 2220 2-channel amp. I might not be able to pass these up (Thanks Lou)

5th year senior, Architecture, University of Miami. Graduating in 3 weeks! Then headed to Florida International U to get my Master's Degree.

thats great, maybe you can bulid a new football stadium lol. You can go take a look at doak for some influence on how to create the most beautifull sport complex in the country (sorry man i couldnt resist)

oh and congrats on graduating, good idea on getting your masters, i graduated in august (im sure you know from where) with a bs in econ, i have yet to start my career. Excuse my french but shit is hard out there

No, I know, I've heard horror stories from my peoples who graduated last year. Definitely postponing that real world for a bit - going to continue my education as far as I can. Ph.D. in history, anyone?

well a lil graduation money helped and living back at home rent free also helps. But i still have to work my ass off at a job that pays way to little, but patience is a virtue and i anticipate getting started soon enough
