you can register your subwoofer using the original link in post #1.
E-mail Address * First Name * Last Name * Address * Phone Number * Product Manufacturer * - (my case would be Acoustic Audio) Model Number * (HDSUB12) Date Of Purchase * Item Number * (this is the order number) they also have an available online support chat by the way in the informational links section... deepdiscount |

if you plan to purchase the 15 in a medium sized room, it should work well, but primarily, you want to be able to find the proper placement for this subwoofer. the last thing you want is to have nulls in the room, or standing waves. to answer your question, i dont have the 15. |

yeah ... but since im not going to keep with the same sub... .. i just need something on the cheap for now.. thats why i have been looking at the AA and PA subs ,,,
future plan.. elemental a2-300 with a budget sub.. my current sub is a 10" and falls off rapidly at 44hz.. gonna give it away... but i do plan on duals.. from different manufactures. |

Over the weekend I made leg extensions for my Acoustic Audio PSW-12 sub. Whataya think?
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What you need to DIY: Existing subwoofer legs Four 2 1/2 inch screws A piece of scrap wood (2x4) I used a dial saw to punch out round cylinders in the 2x4 then stuck a screw through 'em. Seems to have made a nice improvement to my ears! ![]() |

![]() It really is an excellent solution for those of us with Plasma/LCD tv's that don't have a traditional entertainment center that would provide a place for the larger center speaker to sit. Not to mention its a really cheap solution too!!!! |

the second one is er... what? thats why you're having problems with your current subwoofer, its both quite larger rooms, and im sure you have null points in there because of that. |

got it.
bluntly speaking, if you do end up getting the 15 sub, its not going to do much good unless you move around your layout. you're still going to have null points no matter what. vaulted ceiling, a lot of open area, a good amount of space. you can tho consider getting that 12 and use that with your current subwoofer, placing the 12 in between your Right speaker and tv area (close to the chair) then place the other subwoofer closer to the sofa as reinforcement. your not going to get 'punchy' bass, but a better cleaner version of it. hopefully reducing standing waves as well as a better even spatial area. |
