I hope this is sarcasm. Disney, IMO, does the BEST Bluray releases of any studio! They pay so much attention to the details that consumers all like. They always have amazing transfers and I have not seen a bad Bluray from them, ever. They may have some HORRIBLE movies, i.e. High School Musical, Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers, Bedtime Stories, etc. But they always do great transfers and pay attention to all their consumers and fans.

Wrong.. New Line is the worst studio. Not one single of their Blu-ray (distributed by Warner now) are very good. Most of them are riddled with DNR even new release. The only good release they did in their of PQ is Shoot'Em'up...

Disney is the best (most of the time) for overall presentation of their titles. They might be the worst in terms of hardly releasing anything catalog.

Really, I always classify Warner as the worst studio for not giving a crap about their fans and consumers and what they want. But I can't really say seeing as I have never seen a New Line bluray. I also think Fox is pretty bad with their blus.

That is correct. Not harmful, so it does not bother me to leave it installed.

Extra $10 MSRP because it has "Disney" on the cover.

If anyone who has bought this movie would tell me if the trailer for Up, located on the sneek peaks menu, has a release date confirmation? I'd appreciate it.

I was going to get this, but I am going to save my $30 and apply it to the second season of Torchwood instead.

It seems as if studios are trying to clump a bunch of useless crap (for most people) together to get more money for a release instead of just selling you the movie. Warner is doing it with their classic movies now (Casablanca, Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind, etc.). Just sell me *the movie* at a reasonable price.
Because there are a lot of collector's and movies like Wizard of Oz, Casablanca, and so on are made for the collector's in mind. I guess they could just release just the movie by itself but I guess they just figure that anyone who wants those old classic movies most be a collector. But anyways though as for this thread heh you think $44.99 is a high MSRP price for a Blu-ray try going to Japan they can charge you like $30-$40 USD just for like 3 episodes of anime.

But it is a $74 value! At least according to the packaging it is. I paid about $15 for it. I wasn't going to get it, but that coupon was a pretty good deal. I am sure the kids will want to watch it a few times anyway.

I got mine for $15.99 + tax so not too bad. I watched it with my wife last night, and thought it was ok, but if I had paid more than $20 I think I would have felt a bit ripped off. Either way my kids will like it.
