Sorry if someone mentioned it already, haven't back read... Simon Birch is the most unintentionally hilarious movie I've ever seen.
When the little cripple hits the foul ball that kills the other kids mom... priceless melodrama.

As someone mentioned earlier, the retarded repeating rewinds in Vantage Point were pretty ridiculous and everyone in the theater was laughing after the 4th one. Also, I laughed pretty hard at the very end when Dennis Quaid opens the door and finds the president and he says "I've got you!"

When the little nymph guy gets shot with the arrow at the end of Chronicles of Narnia. With the way the scene played out, I thought it was pretty ridiculous and I found myself laughing (I was the only one lol)

Knowing also had some pretty stupid parts that were funny, ie. the "EE means everyone else" part

I think the Host had some parts that were intentionally funny like the funeral.

One movie, and one movie only needs to be mentioned here

;WHITE GHOST

Action from 1988 starring William Katt. I laughed until i cried when i saw this movie. If u want over the top, see this.

Tagline says it all: "He may be a phantom of the past, but he's not dead yet."

William Katt´s hair in this movie must be one of the worst "hair-jobs" ever. Hahahah...priceless.

On-screen body count: 142

PS; i thought i would find some cool recommendations of old over-the-top movies that are hilarious in this thread but you list movies like "Knowing" and "Happening" Sad sad sad....

USA I wish Phil was the dog!

Most recently, 12 Rounds.

When the villain says he's about to blow up John Cena's house, Cena looks and shouts "PHIL, GET OUTTA THE HOUSE!" then the house blows up, sending Cena flying. I laughed hard, thinking Phil was the family dog, then realized Cena handed the dog to a neighbor to pursue the villain. Phil was actually the plumber friend working on the sink in the house.

Angels and Demons - The whole movie was the pretensious version of "Shoot em up".

Spiderman 3 so incredibly horrible it was funny at times.
Next (ok, to be fair I could probably name a ton of Cage movies)
King Kong
Drag Me to Hell (I came into it thinking it was supposed to be horror, I was way off)

Children of the Corn. I'm sure it wasn't funny when it was released, but my girlfriend and I watched this last summer and both thought it was terribly cheesy.
