It's probably because it's Alliance handling the distribution in Canada. If you purchased the American version, you will probably get the code for the New Line titles.

I got it too, although I did buy Watchmen I never tried to redeem the code.
I signed up for the promotion and then realised that I didn't really want to buy their selection of titles that they kept changing so I forgot about the account.

Isn't the shipping rates from that shop really high making for a problem to redeem the free disc regardless?

this thing is a scam for us Canadians; I just successfully claimed 5 codes, received the coupon code in my email and tried to cash out, but apparently the WBshop doesn't shipping outside the US?

And yes, you can claim the same movie twice as I did with Watchmen.

The offer says Canada is fine. Try customer support. Failing that, I guess a trade is the only option?

That's a very good question because their s/h charges to Canada are very expensive. Minimum is $15.95. If they don't change it for the promo it is a very cold deal.

'Ghosts of Girlfriends Past', 'He's Just Not That Into You', 'Inkheart, & '17 Again' are all Alliance titles in Canada, so those won't work.
