Got my Amazon.de order as well as my MediaMarkt order. Haven't had a chance to open these puppies up yet. Will post additional information as they become available. By the way, Escape from New York does not appear to be available in SteelBook. They sent me a normal Blu-ray case.

You can buy the ones from Amazon readily by going to Amazon.de. MediaMarkt ones are likely impossible to get unless you find someone on German eB*y. They were sold only in stores and likely OOP.
