Clash of the Titans is getting a reboot. With the technology of today it should be a sweet movie.

Thinking about it. I could pick up Clash...but I'm kinda hoping that the same thing happens with this that happened with The Day the Earth Stood Still, in which the remake came with the original as well on Blu. I could see myself getting that copy.

NeverEnding Story is my favorite movie of all time and it annoys me that this movie gets no love from Warner Bros. If there is nothing to use as an extra I wish they would just come out and tell us instead of making themselves look lazy.

Fascinating. Thanks! I will always love this movie. Made a big impact on me as a kid. And very scary! Still gives me a few chills in places.

is the blueray gonna have any kind of special features. the only thing it says on the back is first time in 5.1 audio. hope the picture quality is good.

The Dutch blu-ray includes the International Cut. The German Cut is only available on DVD in Germany as far as I know and in German only. It's unclear to me if the English audio for this cut exists.

You're better off buying the seperate release of Day The Earth Stood Still.

The copy included with the remake is barebones. Really disappointing.

wow. i always loved that movie and never knew about an alternate cut. the way they describe the musical score on imdb seems to fit the movie better. i'd love to get my hands on it one day...
i got the old dvd and it was anamorphic widescreen but i'll probably buy the BD when it comes out. i love that movie.

R.I.P. Phil Hartman. Anyway, the little girl at the end. The princess or whoever she was. My 1st on screen crush. I must have been 9 or 10 when it came out but wow I was so blown away by her. It was as if "the nothing" tore a hole through my heart... Good movie.
