amazon has no release date
news anyone?

if you dpn't know it you will not wonder if it's good

I blind-bought the DVD some time ago, saw it once and loved it; would probably rank it in my top 100 or so. Then I got my dad to watch it, and he thought it was too weird. So it will all depends, I guess.

Feb 2nd should be the release date, in fact I have a copy reserved thru Barnes & Noble at a store, the manager in that dept stated the compeuter showed them being shipped one copy for their location. So he put it on reserve for me. So Tuesday should be the release date.

Oh man, this is horrible. Amazon doesn't have it, Best Buy won't be carrying it...where on earth will I be able to find this title tomorrow?! I guess I'll check Barnes & Noble's inventory checker tomorrow to see if any of the stores here got it.....

I would love to see Scorcerer, but I won't touch it on DVD in a pan/scan format. and I do love Wages of Fear.

for those looking for TO LIE AND DIE IN L.A. it might be cool to check out your Barnes & Noble stores or call and see. Mine is defin. getting one copy for sure. Their retail is 24.99 though.

Good idea...I just checked and, as of this morning, my copy (which I've had preordered since last June) shipped out from Amazon, so they definitely have some! Whoo-freakin'-hoo! Can't wait! They probably don't have the release date listed because their stock is ultra-low...considering how almost no one has stock of this, maybe it's going to be an instant rarity, like the MOON slipcovers...

Well somebody just said that Amazon shipped their copy, someone else said that their Barnes & Noble was getting a copy, review copies have been going out, etc. so all evidence seems to point toward 2/2 being an accurate release date. It's just very sparsely available I guess.

That's definitely odd. I've had it pre-ordered on Amazon for 4+ months and still no word from them. If I find out anything I'll let you know
