Dude, I'm sorry, I can't take you seriously as a guy now, and for THE LOVE OF GOD, do not watch New Moon, it's got gay werewolves (no I'm not joking or being immature, they are actually gay) stupid plot, and they turn the woman in to a complete manuplative slut!

All that aside, twilight isn't as bad as people say, it just not good, and definatly not 4/5.

Twilight is ok, it has the teen vibe to it and too many slow entrances, the #1 thing that annoys me the most in movies

We're only messing with you, well I am at least, I don't hate twilight, I don't hate the people we like it, I think it is given a very hard time. I have seen many films that are worse than twilight, one of those films is new moon, I think it really is dire.

Well to me it's a teen romance movie. The supernatural aspect serves to make it unique and more exciting. I can't compare it to Underworld because one is primarily action and the other is romance. I love both for the record. Kristen Stewart is beautiful as much for her looks as her awkward personality. I hope The Runaways turns out awesome.

I have no idea why people need to hate so much. But if all this Blade talk actually managed to get more Blade movies made it'd almost be worth it.

My homie Q, thats just it man, why pre judge a film like that. Im tellin u man if u go in with a clear slate and watch it might not be as bad as u think. I did that for u in watching 2001! Yes I didnt care for it but I went in with a clean slate and no pre judgment. These days i am keeping a wider open mind as i want to watch as many films as i can especially ones i missed out on and if they are good then they are good. But to each is own. Got Em!!

Honestly, Twilight is mediocre. The sparkling thing is annoying but the female cast is gorgeous and the love story isn't too bad. All in all, an okay film with minimal rewatchability.

On a side note....I would take the Underworld trilogy over the Blade films & I AM Legend any day of the week.

Twilight was alright....I enjoyed watching it with my 10 year old niece.

I love good romantic movies and a good love story.

I love good romantic comedies.

Twilight is a chick-flick for teeniboppers. Its target audience is 13 year old girls.

If 13 year old girls like Twighlight, I say cool.

If 13 year old boys like Twighlight, I say, good luck getting that 13 year old girl next to you.

If one of my buddies enjoyed Twighlight, I'd be a little nervous around him.

But I've talked to friends who've seen it and they couldn't recommend it to me and my gf has no interest in this or the sequel.
So I see no good reason for me to see this, sorry CZAR.
I hope I don't sound like a movie snob but 2001 is an important movie in the history of cinema, I just thought that it was important for you to at least experience the movie.
And I don't think Twilight or New Moon is important in any way

Naw I much prefer Blade & I Am Legend over Underworld by a good amount to! As for your last statement, thats exactly what I mean. This isnt directed at u personally but it seems in order for a man to watch it and not feel bad they have to include the addition of either watching it with the wife, or kid or niece to give good reason for watching it! Like they dont want to be clowned for watching this film on their own. Just an observation. Got Em!!

A lot of people were bringing up Blade on the first page. It's my favorite vampire movie as well. I remember a while back they talked about a Dean Frost prequel trilogy but I'm not sure if that's still on. I Am Legend is a fantastic movie but it only sorta feels like a vampire flick.

If people don't like the movie it's alright. It makes me happy to watch it but it's far from perfect. I just wish people saw the movie with realistic expectations instead of thinking it'd be similar to a supernatural action movie.
