I've been hearing people talk about this for like 3 days now.

Isn't it fixed yet?

Crackinhedz....at what point do start charging consulting fees???

well, I have heard this before too...and I wouldnt doubt it, but looking through the manuals, I could not find it specifically stating so.

...But...if your Bestbuy has a 30 return policy, couldnt hurt to buy one and check it out I guess?

(you should seriously consider the Sony link I gave you for $350...thats a great price for it...the only thing im unsure of is your power source...here in the states we run on 120V 60Hz, how bout you guys?)

lol umm power source? what does that mean?

hmm maybe I'll give it a shot for the Denon receiver, if it doesn't have 5.1 PCM guess I'll bring it back. Then I'll prob buy the Sony one then

...you know, the power outlet you plug things into..

it does look like Canada uses the same 120V 60Hz, so you would be safe buying any american products.

I wouldnt go any lower than this Denon...


...be sure it has HDMI inputs, 96/24 capable, and all the normal format decoding (Dolby Digital,DTS,Prologic...etc)

these are recievers I would recommend to you...

Onkyo TX-SR605

Sony STR-DG910

Yamaha RX-V661

...all these are 7.1 PCM capable.



this one is 5.1 PCM
