Well Asylum Productions are infamous for doing straight-to-DVD sequels to hugely popular movies. The next thing you know they'll be doing Slumdog Millionaire 2: Jamal Plays Again.

Wonder if folks views on this "winner" would change if this was being released as a limited edition, 3-disc with digital copy/DVD, limited artwork, deleted scenes, collectible steelbook???

Looks like a huge steaming pile of epic garbage....but still probably better than the previous movie. I was hoping a giant shark would eat the ship in the trailer.

James Cameron's version may not be as great as people say it is, but to state that a cheap, tacky, direct-to-DVD, unofficial sequel by the infamous Asylum Productions is going to be better is just utter tosh and nonsense.

Let's look on the bright side- that chick that they showed for half of the trailer was pretty hot. Atleast we will be entertained by something if we ever happen to accidently watch this movie
