Well, anyways, I am working on a work print of the film tonight. Hopefully, no one pulls an X-Men Origins: Wolverine on me, LOL.

ONE NIGHT ONLY! April 2, 2010! We'll be screening the film at an art gallery promoting B-Movie Night. We'll probably be screening Night of the Living Dead and Manos: The Hands of Fate with it. Hopefully, if all goes well, we might keep the film playing. We'll also have special DVD-Rs made for the film for sale. These DVDs will be generic vanilla versions that automatically play the film. We haven't set a price yet for the DVDs but most likely it'll be $10 for just the movie but a few extra dollars for an autographed copy. Showtime will be 7pm, but the gallery will be opening at 6pm. I don't have the location, I'll have to call my executive producer and check.

Good to hear that you got your movie made. I remember you talking about it a while back. Too bad you aren't screening it around here I would love to see it. Let us know if you get distribution or if there is going to be another way for us to see it.

As soon as we get our final cut finished and my executive producer gives me the all clear, we'll be sending screeners out to distributors for a possible release.

EDIT: We have two possible studios interested in the film here in the U.S. I've also been looking into international distribution as well. We've all ready got contact info for a studio in Japan who is a possible distributor. Same for the U.K. as well.

I'm not going to state at this time, but the original studio I was going to go with started with an "R". And they haven't done Blu-ray releases yet, so I am pretty much skipping on them.

If I remember correctly, the screening will either be in Columbus or Delaware. I forgot to get the location for my executive producer. We'll be having a meeting in another week or two to discuss the final cut of the film.

Just wanted to give a little update here; we're almost done. We have to reshoot about five scenes due to a problem with continuity in two of the five shots. And the other three could be all around better. I think the cold weather might have done some damage to the camera, but it's still under warranty, so it's safe.

Pretty much, just hoping for the best on this one night only event so we can keep screening it for a few weeks. We haven't set a price yet for the tickets. I don't even know how many seats the gallery will be able to hold. But, I'll probably be going out there here next week to screen the film to my executive producer and the gallery owners and then go back and do some touch ups on it. But, March 25 is our deadline to have it completed. Deadline for this horror film festival in Pennsylvania is on the 26th of March.

This isn't set in stone, but if we can get it picked up for DVD & Blu-ray distribution, I'd say the best time to release it would be around July. I want to get it out ASAP so we can get money to make a movie on a real budget.

Ok, without the damage control added into the final price, we spent a grand total of $171 on the film.

$130 - Camera

Ok, we're in Post-Production right now and I've all ready cut over an hour of the film. Another fifteen to thirty minutes of footage left to cut and we'll be finished with the video editing. Next will be sound editing.

Bad news; we lost our premiere. The gallery we were going to be screening the film is closing down and guess who got screwed? Yeap, so, we're going to try to enter the film in some festivals. We're still finishing the film as planned. We start sound editing this weekend.

Here's an HD still. Note, if we get a Blu-ray release, it isn't going to be 5/5 for PQ, I can honestly tell you guys that right now. We shot in 720p and our master is upscaled to 1080p.

You aren't even going to try and find another place to show it? Maybe a community center or school theater or something? I don't know, if I were you I'd want to expose it to as many people as possible.
