Good choice!

I was so worried that they would also bugger up the BDs of FallenAngels and HappyTogether, all the more I was surprised that they turned out to be such great releases. I actually think they compiled last year's special editions of both movies at last minute. Ugly menus, ugly cover design and ugly interlacing. And although they just changed a little about the cover design and the menus for the BDs, they look so much better. And I will still keep their special edition of HappyTogether from 2004, they put so much effort in a great menu design and everything. And it's also a possibility to watch the movie in the original version. (Though I prefer the new one.)

We really need InTheMoodForLove and 2046 on BD... Especially 2046... I'm dying to see it in HD!!!
And of course, a new release of the original version of Ashes Of Time would also be great, but I doubt that this will ever happen.

I just watched the BD an noticed some odd "stumbles" of the video right after the movie reaches 11:56. Did anyone else have that effects?

I know this post involves a different film, but its only since there is no Forum for the film itself.

I had been searching for a blu-ray copy of My Blueberry Nights but it seems very difficult to find, for a Decent Price at least (the Japanese Import).

Does anyone know if this one up for sale at Bestbuy.com is the UK release or the Japanese release?

It has a picture of the UK release, but since that release is Region 2 Locked (apparently), why would it be up for sale on bestbuy.com US site?

AND Also the UK release has been confirmed to be Region 2 Locked correct?

No, they no longer have the rights to this (or Fallen Angels.) However, Since there is evidence that Janus/Criterion now has the rights to In the Mood For Love and Chunking Express, I believe there is a strong chance that they also have Happy Together and Fallen Angels

At least the older stuff produced/controlled by Jet Tone Productions. I believe As Tears Go By and Days of Being Wild were produced by In-Gear Film and are not owned by WKW's production company. So, those two may still be with Kino.

Chungking Express is on FilmStruck and it opens with both the Janus Films logo and the Criterion logo and Janus Films' website has a page for In the Mood for Love

I guess that means I might just import the blu-ray of Days of Being Wild. As Tears Go By does appear to have a blu-ray release but it never got reviewed, is it any good?

I kind of wanted to start the discussion because Wong Kar-Wai is one of my all time favorite filmmakers, but if I had to rank my favorite films of his starting from my favorite to least favorite (that I've seen so far), it would be like this:
