I just mean what kind of box the plastic Amaray is.
Cause I have this sleeve I'd like to put around it, but depends on the size of the box.
Well, otherwise I could of course replace the whole box,
but myeah... then the BD-box is just lying around.

Kind of annoying this one and some other are US-exclusive.
Cause when I import from the US I have to pay like +20 and extra charges.
I used to be able to just buy them and no strings attached.
Now they come at the door and it's like "OK, that will be 50 Dollars import-fees..." .
The first time I was like "Hah... what?...".
So messed up, I already payed for shipping and when it comes in here they add taxes,
plus fees to like add them or administration or something. Ripoffs...

Greets.

I guess the one thinner than DVD-cases?
If so, I was afraid of that... cause the sleeve I have is DVD-size, including the length.
But if it's not thick enough it would be completely loose in there of course.

Thanks for posting.

Ive imported quite a few from USA, check my list and you will see.
I also ordered Walk The Line (Extended) and King Kong 1976 from amazon in France. It was fun trying to order and pay for them in a different language.

Man, why'd you have to go and make this thread huh?
Now I'll have to import all those better versions...

lol

It's helpful though, it's always a pain to find out what all the versions are,
and where they are and then also what the exact differences are.
All very time-consuming and confusing.

By the way, personally I also imported the 'Batman Anthology' from the US.
Cause the box is much "cooler", since the UK-version is pretty much
a "fake" version of the US-box printed on a sleeve.
The US-version had like embossed logos and text and you can take off the top as a lid.
The UK-version is just a sleeve of the same, only all-flat and made all metallic-looking.
The sleeve might be more plain, thus handier, to people, even if it's thicker.
I guess it's not significant enough though... just thought I'd put it here anyway. :P
To top it off, it also has a blu-bar, which is printed on a detachable piece of paper on the US-version.

OH! Which makes me think of the US-exclusive 'The Ultimate Matrix Collection', which has it the same.
And is also the superior release of all "Matrix"-releases.
Unless you count in that there are some crazy Asian sets and all.
But disc-content-wise, the US-version is the most complete version, comparing general releases.
You also have the DigiBook of just 'The Matrix' of course, but yeah, all that's different is the box again.
'The Ultimate Matrix Collection' has a cool box too by the way, plus they've thrown in a nice description-booklet.

Which reminds me, I have an extra set of this and I live in The Netherlands.
Perhaps I could throw it on eBay or something, but I'll have to see what I'll do with it.

Warners releases are all region free, I've never encountered a locked Warner title, except for LOTR for the French Steelbook release though.
You can always check the movie pages if in doubt or check this place http://regionfreemovies.com/

Donnie Brasco, great transfer and region free.
The Simpsons 20th season. Only the second half of the season is in HD but it looks great and is region free.

The designer of that cover must be an idiot, at least the equally ugly 2 disc DVD edition has a sleeve

"UNFAITHFUL" starring Diane Lane and Richard Gere is a US exclusive and a very fine disc. Good movie too.
