I tested it out for spoilers, there are none as long as you've seen the trailer. It's looking promising, though the CGI still looks awful, but I'll let it slide.

This movie is getting good reviews so far on Rotten Tomatoes. Not that I see a movie based on the reviews, but it's encouraging when a movie I'm interested in seeing is getting good reviews by the critics. I'm glad I came across the trailer for this film a few weeks ago. I'm going to see it this weekend.

If he saves the girl at the end, I'm going to be a little ticked but then again Jones knows how to end movies, Moon could have had a crappy ending but the ending was pretty good and was a good conclusion imo.

I saw a preview last night--it was very well made and entertaining, but it was disappointing, considering it was from the director of Moon. That isn't to say Duncan Jones suffers from the "sophmore slump" phenomenon, as Jake Gyllenhaal is quite good in the lead role (and the supporting cast is impressive) and the story isn't one of the dumbed-down sci-fi movies Hollywood mass produces for the multiplex, but more care could have been used to craft the ending.

Favorite film of the year so far. 9.5/10. It does measure up to the Moon. Loved it! Duncan Jones is going to be huge. The film keeps you guessing, very compelling, makes you think after the film, perfect running time, great acting, a few awesome twists, etc. Like a lot of people are saying, Quantum Leap + Groundhog Day + Inception. I'm not going to lie, by the end of the film I almost cried. I'm probably going to see this again this weekend.

Yeah me too. I hate the fact that there is at least 1 movie i want to see every week for the next few months. I know i cant see them all in theaters but i want to.

Well, I'm balancing it out in the fact that my theater plays movies for $5 every Tuesday night. So I'm able to see some of the new releases for fairly cheap. So I'll see one opening weekend at full price, and the other on Tuesday night discounted. It evens out.
