haha- none of these titles are at any of the three Best Buys in my area.

Again, does anybody know if the LEGEND BLACK SCORPION PQ is better than the BANQUET one that's been out?

Well, I bugged someone at my local Best Buy to see if they had them, just to get them on the shelves

The one I went to yesterday was a little further out (Annapolis, to be exact) as opposed to the one in my hometown... which usually sucks compared to Annapolis. However, they did indeed have all six titles... but yeah, still $20. However, now that the ad for next week has confirmed the $14.99 price, I'll pick the two of them up. Hell, if they're all $15, I might have to splurge

I'm confused FIRST OF ALL because these titles are supposed to be at Best Buy, but they're not in any on Long island. SECOND OF ALL because it's not even available at BestBuy.com!

I dont know why I didnt check? I spent two days looking for LEGEND OF THE BLACK SCORPION at the brick and mortor Best Buy's, then thought to come home and check online. Nothing!

for all intensive purposes, it is not available at Best Buy (in store or online)

Nor does it show up in a search result here at Blu-ray.com!!

Bestbuy.com still shows the mainstream release dates (August and September), but if you go to the store and don't see it, ask for it. There's a very good chance they're "hiding" in the back. If anything, the "ill informed" Best Buys probably think "huh, weird... these aren't supposed to go out on the shelves until a few months later yet we already have them." Hell, ironically, if you use the "customer kiosk", they'll show the August/September dates, but also say "such-and-such number in stock."

I don't think Dragon Dynasty and Best Buy coordinated this too well. The upcoming weekend ad should certainly help a bit, at least.

Did you tell them to check the back?

Bestbuy.com, once again, will NOT show them as in stock, only the in-store "customer kiosk" said it was "in stock". It is a bit tricky.

Now, if it is in the back, arent they going to assume it is not legal to sell, like selling it to me would go against some street date?

I thought I would get crap like that as well, but this wasn't the case. Perhaps the "Best Buy exclusive!" sticker helped as well. It's worth a shot. Worst case scenario, wait until Sunday when at least two of the discs will be "official".

I picked up Tai Chi Master and Kill Zone from the local Best Buy tonight and watched SPL. Going by the caps that are in the review of the HK version, I'm tempted to say that this release from Dragon Dynasty is actually better. It may not be - I don't have the means to take direct screen shots of Blu-rays and compare them but if it's the same transfer then DD didn't do anything to make it worse. No additional DNR or EE.

I can't speak to the quality of the subtitles because I don't speak Cantonese but I can at least affirm that these are subtitles, and not dubtitles.

Anyone looking to pick up Saat Po Long is safe in checking out the American release.

Can u confirm if TCM is uncut or not?

If it's the same as the DD DVD, it should be uncut... albeit using the English language credits.

My BB is about 30 miles away. I called on my way to work and they showed 1 Kill Zone and 2 Tai Chi Master in stock. The girl was actually very helpful and looked in the back. She seemed competent and she couldn't find them. They are probably there somewhere, though, just in some bizarre location. Best Buy always does that. I remember the Disney steels were on the back side of a display about 2 feet off the ground. Seriously WTF Best Buy!?!? Lol
