Well I could see how it may be interesting to those interested in film. I just assumed it was entirely about the film, but if that's not the case then great.

They did an amazing job accommodating all with a mere $16 million budget. It looks and sounds just great considering.

Then again, the people that are *****ing are likely the same people counting the hours till tired, replayed, pointless crap like Grown Ups was released. American audiences are utterly baffling right now.
Now it makes sense...

With such a tight budget, I actually would not mind watching the making of documentary the OP was referring to.

Maybe when I get my "rental" I should skip the movie and watch the doc.

No, just forget everything you've read and watch the movie as fresh as possible and make up your own mind. I liked it a lot. It's not perfect, but it is a breath of fresh air in this god forsaken Twilight era of vampire media.

I both love and hate that the documentary is so thorough. I got bored and turned it off eventually, but I respect it.

i was going to pick this up eventually (probably when it hits $10) and i always watch the bonus features, so knowing this has an awesome "making of" documentary included will make me keep my eyes open for it more often.

I really didn't mind it, it has it moments.
My opposition is just the OP is like over the top on it due to its menus.
?

As a self proclaimed vampire aficiando (lol?) I enjoyed the new 'twist' to it but as far as the overall movie goes, it's not a blockbuster for me.

Doesnt mean it sucks, it didnt.

The movie was okay, not bad nor good. Great concept but it wasn't executed correctly to appeal to more of the audience. My brother on the other hand absolutely loved the movie

I like movies that are heavy on atmosphere, thats probably why I enjoyed it so much.
